from a study by EliYah

Some have written me asking for an explanation of why I use the form “Yahuwshua” in reference to the Messiah while others use “Yahshua”, “Yeshua” , Yahusha, or “Yehoshua”. The purpose of this study is to go through each of these pronunciations and determine which is the most correct.
I’m not one that believes that you need to pronounce the Messiah’s name exactly like I do in order to be saved. However, the issue of the Messiah’s name is a very important one. If you don’t believe me, read the below scriptures:
Acts 2:38 Then Kepha said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Yahuwshua Messiah for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Set-apart Ruwach.
Acts 3:6 Then Kepha said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Yahuwshua Messiah of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”
Acts 3:16 “And His name, through belief in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the belief which [comes] through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
Acts 4:7 And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, “By what power or by what name have you done this?”
Acts 4:10 “let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Ysra’al, that by the name of Yahuwshua Messiah of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom Elohiym raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole.
Acts 4:12 “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
Acts 4:17 “But so that it spreads no further among the people, let us severely threaten them, that from now on they speak to no man in this name.” 18 And they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Yahuwshua.
Acts 4:30 “by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your Set-apart Servant Yahuwshua.”
Acts 5:28 saying, “Did we not strictly command you not to teach in this name? And look, you have filled Yahrushalom with your doctrine, and intend to bring this Man’s blood on us!”
Acts 5:40 And they agreed with him, and when they had called for the apostles and beaten [them], they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Yahuwshua, and let them go. 41 So they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for His name.
Acts 8:12 But when they believed Philip as he preached the things concerning the kingdom of Elohiym and the name of Yahuwshua Messiah, both men and women were immersed.
Acts 8:16 For as yet He had fallen upon none of them. They had only been immersed in the name of the Master Yahuwshua.
Acts 9:14 “And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on Your name.” 15 But the Master said to him, “Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Ysra’al. 16 “For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name’s sake.”
Acts 9:21 Then all who heard were amazed, and said, “Is this not he who destroyed those who called on this name in Yahrushalom, and has come here for that purpose, so that he might bring them bound to the chief priests?”
Acts 9:27 But Barnabas took him and brought [him] to the apostles. And he declared to them how he had seen the Master on the road, and that He had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Yahuwshua.
Acts 9:29 And he spoke boldly in the name of the Master Yahuwshua and disputed against the Hellenists, but they attempted to kill him.
Acts 10:43 “To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins.”
Acts 15:14 “Simon has declared how Elohiym at the first visited the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name.
Acts 15:26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Master Yahuwshua Messiah.
Acts 16:18 And this she did for many days. But Paul, greatly annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, “I command you in the name of Yahuwshua Messiah to come out of her.” And he came out that very hour.
Acts 18:15 “But if it is a question of words and names and your own law, look [to] [it] yourselves; for I do not want to be a judge of such [matters].”
Acts 19:5 When they heard [this], they were immersed in the name of the Master Yahuwshua.
Acts 19:13 Then some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Master Yahuwshua over those who had evil spirits, saying, “We exorcise you by the Yahuwshua whom Paul preaches.”
Acts 19:17 This became known both to all Jews and Greeks dwelling in Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Master Yahuwshua was magnified.
Acts 21:13 Then Sha’ul answered, “What do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Yahrushalom for the name of the Master Yahuwshua.”
And this is just in the book of Acts! The name of Yahuwshua is intricately linked with the person of Yahuwshua. So in light of the numerous scriptures which show us the importance of His name, we should at least seek to understand how it is pronounced. It is obviously important according to scripture.

Origin of the name “Jesus”

According to the American Heritage Dictionary, the etymological origin of “Jesus” is:
Jesus ..Middle English, from Late Latin Isus, from Greek Isous, from Hebrew yû‘, from yhôûa‘, Joshua…

Notice that it says that the origin of His name is from Latin, then Greek, then Hebrew. So the name “Jesus” is the result of 3 different languages placing their influence on the original name the disciples were proclaiming, baptizing in and praying in. Some of the influence is quite recent. In the 1611 King James Version, it originally had “Iesus” rather than “Jesus” (photo). Later revisions of the KJV changed it to “Jesus”. This leads me to ask some important questions: “Who is the one who gets to decide what it is changed to? Man or YaHuWaH? And if Yahuwshua is supposed to be the same yesterday, today and forever, why do they keep changing His name?”
If you look up the name “Jesus” in a Strong’s lexicon it has “Iesous”:
“2424 Iesous ee-ay-sooce’ of Hebrew origin (3091); Jesus (i.e. Jehoshua), the name of our Lord and two (three) other Ysra’alites:–Jesus.”
Notice that it traces the name of Messiah to Hebrew word #3091 in the Strong’s lexicon. This name is the same name as “Joshua, Son of Nun”. In the Hebrew, this name is spelled . (Yahuwshua)
While there are some out there claiming that “Jesus” is somehow derived from “Zeus”, I have yet to find anyone who is willing to present hard evidence of this claim. One person wrote a book which claimed that “Iesous” means “Hail Zeus”. When I contacted him by phone and asked him for evidence of this claim, he said “Iesous” means “Hail Zeus” in the sense that when you say the “Ie” it sounds like “Yaayy” and “Yaayy” is what people do in modern sports games when they hail their team. Thus, the statement that “Iesous” meant “Hail Zeus” had nothing to do with its meaning in the Greek language.
In fact, the Greek language spells Zeus (#2203 in the Strong’s Lexicon) as ZeuV and doesn’t even have the same letters or sound as the second syllable in IhsouV (Iesous). First of all, the Z in ZeuV produces a “dz” sound, not an “s” sound. Also the eu combination in ZeuVsounds like “eu as in feud“, a letter combination not found in any form of IhsouV/Iesous. So is ZeuV is actually pronounced “Dzyooce” and not “Sooce”. These things alone make it appear quite impossible that Iesous comes from “Zeus”. Look at the first page of the Greek Lexicon in your Strong’s concordance if you want confirmation of the sounds of these Greek letters.
Another important point is that the Septuagint, a Greek translation of the Hebrew scriptures that was completed many years before Yahuwshua came to earth, also rendered the Hebrew name “Yahuwshua” as IhsouV (Iesous). This fact alone clearly demonstrates that “Iesous” is a Greek form of  and wasn’t a form invented by apostate Christians who wanted to honor Zeus in some way.
Interestingly, there is evidence that although the name of Yahuwshua was written in Greek as IhsouV, it may have actually been pronounced the way a Hebrew speaking person would pronounce it. Around 178 CE, a pagan by the name of Celsus engaged in written debates with Christians. In one of them, Celsus (speaking of Christians) said:
“But of course they think otherwise: they assume that by pronouncing the name of their teacher they are armored against the powers of the earth and air. And they are quite insistent on the efficacy of the name as a means of protection: pronounce it improperly, they say, and it is ineffectiveGreek and Latin will not do; it must be said in a barbarian tongue to work. Silly as they are, one finds them standing next to a a statue of Zeus or Apollo or some other god, and shouting, “see here: I blaspheme it and strike it, but it is powerless against me for I am a Christian.” Celsus on the True Doctrine, A Discourse Against the Christians, R. Joseph Hoffman (page118)
Notice that Celsus was quoting Christians as saying that the name of “their teacher” (Yahuwshua no doubt) must not be spoken “improperly” and that it must not be spoken in a “Greek” way or “Latin” way, but in a “Barbarian tongue” for it to be effective. Of course, to the pagans the Hebrew language was nothing more than a barbarian language. This lends evidence that even though the name of Yahuwshua was written as IhsouV, there were at least some people speaking it in the Hebrew way. The Greek alphabet simply lacks the letters necessary to correctly convey how the name is pronounced in Hebrew.
So how is the name pronounced? Let’s start with the form that is found in various Hebrew Lexicons: “Yehoshua”.

Yehoshua

In the Strong’s concordance and other Hebrew Lexicons, the pronunciation listed for the Messiah’s name is typically “Yehoshua”. While I do not believe we should be getting all of our Hebrew learning from a Strong’s lexicon alone (that would be dangerous), most of us do own a Strong’s Concordance so I will be using it during this study for the purposes of illustration.
The reason for the “Yehoshua” pronunciation is due to the Hebrew vowel pointing added by the Masorite scribes who were intent on “hiding” YaHuWaH’s Name. The vowel points are the little dots and dashes under and above certain Hebrew letters. Unlike English, Hebrew was written with mostly all consonants. It was up to the reader to supply the vowels in each word based on the context of the word. The Masorites were concerned that Hebrew was becoming a lost language so they invented the vowel point system to preserve the sounds of the Hebrew language. However, in keeping with tradition they were not interested in letting everyone speak the pronunciation of the Heavenly Father’s name. For this reason, they pointed the Heavenly Father’s name to produce the sound “Yehovah”.

Strongs 3068 – Yehovah – “the self-Existent or Eternal”

To avoid speaking the Heavenly Father’s name, the Jewish tradition was to say “Adonai” (“Lord”) instead of YaHuWaH. For this reason, our English bibles also say “LORD” instead of “YaHuWaH”. So rather than supplying the true vowels of the Heavenly Father’s name, the scribes inserted the vowels for “Adonai” so that the reader would be reminded to say “Adonai” rather than YaHuWaH.
But what if the Hebrew scriptures contained a phrase such as “Adonai YaHuWaH” (Master YaHuWaH)? They would then have to say “Adonai Adonai”, a rather odd (if not a bit embarrassing) phrase. Their solution was to put the vowel points for “Elohiym” within the Heavenly Father’s name so that they would be reminded to say “Adonai Elohiym” instead of “Adonai adonai”. This is even mentioned in the Strong’s lexicon and it lists it as a different word number. Read what it says:

Strong 3069 – Yehovih (ye-ho-vee) variation of 3068 … “used and pronounced by Jews in order to prevent the repetition of the same sound”

“136” is the Hebrew word “Adonai” and “430” is the Hebrew word “Elohiym”. So these vowel points are used within the Father’s name whenever His name follows 136 (Adonai). And they pronounce this as 430 (Elohiym) to avoid having to say Adonai twice. For this reason, many English translations will render “Adonai YaHuWaH” as “the Lord GOD” with “GOD” being in all capitals to let the reader know that this is where the sacred name is found in the Hebrew. Very few even know that this is why “GOD” is sometimes in all capital letters (See Gen 15:2 for one of hundreds of examples of this). It is amazing how far men will go in order to cleave to tradition!
So how does this relate to the pronunciation of the Messiah’s name? Let’s take a look at His name again in the Strong’s Lexicon:

Strong 8091 – Yehowshua (yeh-ho-shoo’-ah)
or
Yehowshua (yeh-ho-shoo’-ah)
from 3068 and  3467 = Jehova-saved

Notice that there are other names listed in the Strong’s concordance which contain the first three letters of YaHuWaH’s name. And just like YaHuWaH’s name which starts with the “Yeho” vowel points, they use the “Yeho” vowel points in “Yehoram”, “Yehosheba”, “Yehoshaphat” and numerous other names which contain the first part of YaHuWaH’s name. The scribes apparently did not want anyone to accidentally pronounce the Heavenly Father’s name when saying these other names, so they changed the vowel points of those names as well.
Interestingly, they did not change the pronunciation of these same three letters when it was at the end of a person’s name. For instance, look at how Zechariah’s name is presented in the Hebrew text:

Strong 2148 – Zekaryah (zek-ar-yaw) or
Zekaryahuw (zek-ar-yaw-hoo)

Notice the different vowel pointing and pronunciation herein (“ZecharYahuw“). Phonetically, the first three letters in the Heavenly Father’s name are also pronounced “Yahu”. For this reason, the Heavenly Father’s name can be written as “YAHUwah” or “YaHuWaH” .

By the way, for those who think we cannot know what the vowel sounds were in YaHuWaH’s name, it only takes a little research to find the pronunciation of “Yod Heh Waw” because the scribes had no problem giving the correct pronunciation of these three letters at the end of a name. Because it ends in ‘Yahuw’, there was considered to be no risk in accidentally saying “YaHuWaH”. This would also explain why the scribes used the correct vowel points in the shortened form of YaHuWaH’s name (“Yah”):

Strong 3050 – Yahh – contraction for 3068

They even used the correct vowel pointing in “HalleluYah”. Thus, the only time they would revert to the “Yeho” pronunciation of these three letters was when it was at the beginning of a Hebrew name. But I want nothing to do with the unscriptural tradition of saying “Adonai/Lord/Elohiym/God” in place of YaHuWaH. That is one reason I do not refer to the Messiah as “Yehoshua”. “Yeho(ah)” does not save, “Yahuw(ah)” saves!
Having said this, there are some Hebrew students and scholars who have noticed that a natural progression of Hebrew language is to shorten the first vowel and lengthen the second whenever the accent is on the third syllable (in this case “shu”) of a Hebrew word. This would indeed result in the “Y’hoshua” or “Yehoshua” pronunciation. For this reason, some believe “Yehoshua” to actually be the correct pronunciation.
But while this may be true in normal Hebrew words, there is plenty of evidence to support that this was not true in personal names–especially with names containing the first part of YaHuWaH’s name. The Murashu texts, dated 5th century BCE and written on clay tablets in cuneiform script, list the names of about 70 Jewish settlers in Persia.  In these tablets, vowels are used. The Hebrew names which begin with Yod Heh Waw all are written “Yahuw-” and never “Y’ho”.
“In the cuneiform texts Yeho [YHW], Yo [YW] and Yah [YH] are written Yahuw, as for example in the names Jehu (Yahuw-a), Jehoahaz (Yahuw-khazi) and Hezekiah (Khazaqi-yahuw)” A. H. Sayce in “Higher Criticism” notes on p. 87
Notice that not only were names beginning with “Yeho” written as “Yahuw”, but also names beginning with “Yo” such as “Yochanan” (John) and “Yoel” (Joel) were written as “Yahuw”. This indicates John and Joel were originally “Yahuwchanan” and “Yahuwel”.
Also, cuneiform tablets (also containing vowels) were discovered near the Ishtar gate in Babylon which give a list of workers and captives to whom rations were given. In addition to validating the biblical account in 2Kings 25:27-29 where it mentions that Jehoiachin (Yahuwiachin) ate at the King’s table, these tablets help to establish the way these names were pronounced before the Masorite scribes inserted their vowel pointings based on tradition:
“Yauwkin, king of the land of Yahuwd,” (“Jehoiachin, the king of the land of Judah”)
Another witness is found in an inscription of the Assyrian monarch Tiglath-pileser III (Gressmann Bilder 348; ANET 282a). When listing those kings who were paying tribute to this Assyrian King, it mentions “Yauwhazi”, also known as “Ahaz”. Various lexicons such as the New Brown-Driver-Briggs-Gesenius Hebrew-English Lexicon (p. 219 b) and the Hebrew Aramaic Lexicon of the Old Testament (under “Ahaz”) mention this inscription as well.
With all the evidence, it becomes clear that the name was never originally pronounced “Yehoshua”. Rather “Yahuwshua” is more correct and there is no reason to mispronounce the Heavenly Father’s name when speaking the name of His Son. Just as names which end with a reference to YaHuWaH correctly convey the Father’s name (“ZecharYah/ZecharYahuw”), so do the names which begin with it.

Yeshua

Much used by the Messianic movement, “Yeshua” is actually an Aramaic form of the Hebrew name “Yahuwshua”. In the Hebrew script, it is not spelled the same as Yahuwshua. The “Yeshua” name, spelled (Yod Shin Waw Ayin), is found in the books of Nehemiah and Ezra where it lists the names of those who returned from the Babylonian exile. One of them is called “Jeshua, the son of Jozadak”:
Ezra 3:2 Then stood up Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and his brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and his brethren, and builded the altar of the Elohiym of Yisra’el, to offer burnt offerings thereon, as it is written in the law of Moshe the man of Elohiym.
“Jeshua the Son of Jozadak” is the same High Priest mentioned in Zechariah 6:
Zechariah 6:11 Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest;
Notice that in Zechariah, he is not called “Jeshua the son of Jozadak” but he is called “Joshua the son of Josedech” (Heb. Yahuwshua the son of Yahuwtsadak). This reflects the Hebrew spelling of the same name. So in Zechariah, he is called Yahuwshua but in Ezra he is called Yeshua. The book of Nehemiah also changes the name of Joshua the son of Nun to “Jeshua, the son of Nun”:
Nehemiah 8:17 And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Ysra’al done so. And there was very great gladness.
The change in spelling to “Jeshua/Yeshua” (“Yod Shin Waw Ayin” ) is due to the Aramaic influence during the exile. In fact, parts of the book of Ezra are written in Aramaic. For confirmation, look at your Strong’s Lexicon:
Strong 3442 – Yeshuwa (yay-shoo’-ah)
3443 — Yeshuwa (yay-shoo’-ah) correp. to 3432
3444 – yeshuw’ah (yesh-oo’-aw) = something saved, deliverance
Notice that #3442 and #3443 are the same exact word with the same Hebrew spelling, but this lexicon lists them separately. Why is this? Well, if you looked up “Jeshua” in the concordance, you will notice that it lists “Jeshua” in Ezra 3:2 as coming from #3442 and “Jeshua” in Ezra 5:2 coming from #3443. The reason for the two different Strong’s word numbers is Ezra 5:2 is a part of the book of Ezra which was written in Aramaic (Ezra 4:8 through 6:18; 7:12-26). This is why #3443 mentions “Yeshuwa” as coming from “Chaldean” in the above definition (3443. Yeshuwa’ (Chald.)). Therefore, “Yeshua” is actually an Aramaic rendering of “Yahuwshua”.
Now, some claim that Yeshua (yod-shin-waw-ayin) is a pure Hebrew word which isn’t derived from “Yahuwshua” at all, but that it is a Hebrew word meaning “Salvation”. The problem with that is the Hebrew word for “Salvation” is not (yod-shin-waw-ayin) (yeshua) at all! The Hebrew word for “Salvation” is word number #3444. Take a look again in the above lexicon graphic and see the differences between 3442/3443 and 3444. They are:
  • There is an additional Hebrew letter at the end (the “Heh”). ((yod-shin-waw-ayin-heh)uses the silent (but anciently guttural) “Ayin” letter to end the word, but #3444 ends in the letter “Heh”. While vowel letter under both words indicate they have have a similar sounding ending, the different spelling indicates they are two different words.
  • In #3444 (Yeshuwah) there is a different vowel pointing under the first Hebrew letter (Yod [remember Hebrew reads from right to left]). 3442/3443 (YESHUA) has 2 horizontal dots underneath the first letter like this: (..) These two horizontal dots represent the Hebrew Vowel point “Tsere” (pronounced Tsey-rey) which produces the “ey” sound as in the English word “Hey”. But #3444 has twovertical dots underneath the first letter like this (:). The two vertical dots represent the Hebrew vowel point “Sheva” which is a very short “e”, somewhat like our “E” sound in the word “Average” (Check the first page of your Strong’s Hebrew Lexicon for verification of this).
Incidentally, the (:) (Sheva) is also the vowel point used by the scribes in “Yehoshua” and it is why you will sometimes see “Yehoshua” or “Yeshua” written as “Y’hoshua” and “Y’shua”. The purpose of the  is to indicate the presence of the sheva vowel point in Hebrew. But as you can see, “Yeshua” does not contain that vowel point at all. “Yeshua” uses the “Tsere” Hebrew vowel point which produces an “ey” sound. So Yeshua and Y’shuah are actually pronounced differently. The Strong’s Lexicon indicated this when it gave the pronunciation of (yod-shin-waw-ayin) as ‘yay-shoo-ah‘, but #3444 as ‘yesh-oo-aw‘.

So the name “Yeshua” and the Hebrew word “Y’shuah” are not the same. “Yeshua” is the Aramaic form of “Yahuwshua” and “Y’shuah” is the Hebrew word for “Salvation”. Therefore, in spite of what some may say, I find no evidence to suggest that (yod-shin-waw-ayin)(“Yeshua”) means “Salvation” in Hebrew. “Yeshua” is actually not an authentic Hebrew word meaning “salvation”. For it to mean “Salvation” it would have to have the Hebrew letter “heh” added to the end of it, changing the spelling to Yod Shin Waw Ayin Heh and it would need to have the (:) “Sheva” vowel point under the Yod. These things further indicate that “Yeshua” isn’t from Hebrew, but is an Aramaic form of “Yahuwshua”.
Since the Heavenly Father’s name (YaHuWaH) is a Hebrew name, I would not expect to see His Son’s name coming from some other language, whether it be Greek, Latin, Aramaic or English. If neither of these languages do it right, why not return to the original and correct form?

Yahusha

This form gaining in popularity fairly recently. However, it is easily proven to be incorrect. Let’s examine the Strong’s Lexicon entry that represents the Messiah’s name again:
 Strong 3091 – Yehowshuwah (yeh-ho-shoo’ah) or
Yehowshu’a (yeh-ho-shoo’-ah)
Notice in the Hebrew letters that there are two variant spellings of the Messiah’s name here. The first spelling has 6 letters יהושוע and the second spelling has 5 letters יהושע. This is because both spellings are used in scripture. The predominant spelling is יהושע but the longer spelling is also found in scripture. Here are two places where the longer spelling is employed:
Deuteronomy 3:21 “And I commanded Joshua יהושוע at that time, saying, ‘Your eyes have seen all that YaHuWaH your Elohiym has done to these two kings; so will YaHuWaH do to all the kingdoms through which you pass.
Judges 2:7 So the people served YaHuWaH all the days of Joshua  (Yahuwshua), and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua (Yahuwshua)  יהושוע, who had seen all the great works of YaHuWaH which He had done for Ysra’al.
Variant spellings are not uncommon in Hebrew (especially in names) and usually the longer spelling is the older form and the newer spelling was the result of an extra letter that was not needed.
The longer spelling is also found in the Dead Sea Scrolls (e.g. 4Q364 and Damascus Document 5:4).
We do not really need the extra “waw” ו to give us the “shua” sound but since the longer spelling is still being used in the scriptures, it proves that the Messiah’s name cannot be “Yahusha.”
Here is how each letter is pronounced:
י Yod – Produces a “Y” or “I” sound.
ה Heh – As a Hebrew vowel letter it can produce the “Ah” (like in #8283 “Sarah“).
ו Waw – Also called “Vav”. As a Hebrew vowel letter it can produce an “oo” (u) sound like in #7307 Ruach.
ש Shin – Produces the “sh” sound. The following “oo” sound is indicated by a vowel pointing but Deut. 3:21 and Judges 2:7 actually gives us another “waw” after this letter, proving the “shu” pronunciation as valid. This is why Strong’s 3091 gives 2 possible spellings (see above lexicon graphic). This also eliminates “Yasha/Yahusha” and “Yahoshea/Yahushea” as being possibilities.
ו Waw – Again, produces an “oo” (u) sound as in #7307 Ruach. This is the ignored letter in the pronunciation “Yahusha”. The fact that this spelling that includes the Waw exists in the scriptures proves that the Messiah’s name cannot be “Yahusha.”
ע Ayin – Silent without a vowel point but indicates an “ah” sound at the end of “Yahuwshua”.
Those who use “Yahusha” will claim that the “shua” ending cannot be correct and that “shua” actually means something else, but but “shua” sound is found in numerous verb forms which mean “salvation.”
Here are some examples:
  • The Strong’s word #3444 is pronounced “Yeshuah” but it is derived from #3467 “Yasha.” This shows that the “shua” sound can indeed be derived from the root word for salvation, “Yasha.” It’s just the Passive Participle form of “Yasha.”
  • The Aramaic form of Yahuwshua we discussed earlier uses “Yeshua” ישוע and just like יהושוע uses a “waw” ( ו )to give us the “shoo” sound in “shua.” If the original Hebrew form were “Yahusha,” the Aramaic form of the same name would not have been pronounced “Yeshua” (#3442) to begin with. But the Aramaic form is found in the scriptures in 29 verses of inspired scripture (e.g. 1Chron 24:11, 2Chron. 31:15, Strong’s #3442).
  • The Greek form of the name “Iesous” gives us an “oo” sound at the end of the name. Since the “Iesous” form is found in the Septuagint, a translation of the scriptures into Greek that was completed 200 years before Messiah came, it shows that the “oo” sound existed at the end of Yahuwshua prior to the time that Yahuwshua came and died for our sins.
  • The Masoretic Hebrew vowel points give us a “shua” ending as well. That’s why all Hebrew lexicons give us the “shua” pronunciation in this name.
Thus, in spite of those who claim it cannot, the Messiah’s name can have the “shua” sound even though it is derived from “yasha” (meaning “salvation”) and there are clear examples in the scripture where “Yahusha” would be an impossible rendition of the Messiah’s name.
So the pronunciation “Yahusha” can be proven wrong by simply looking at the scriptures and knowing that in order to arrive at the “Yahusha” pronunciation, we would need to ignore the scriptures which clearly have a ו (oo sound) after the ש (sh sound). Ignoring scripture is not something I want to participate in.

Why Yahushua and Not Yahusha (YouTube Video)

Yahshua

This is another popular way of writing the Messiah’s name but I have never seen an example of this word anywhere in scripture.
It appears to have its origins in the Sacred Name movement in the 1930’s when certain men saw that “Jesus” was derived from “Joshua”. Since they understood that the “J” sound is not in the Hebrew language, “Yahshua” was apparently considered correct. It made sense so I used this form for many years. However, I later learned that “Yahshua” clearly ignores the third letter of the Messiah’s name (Waw) which gives us the “oo” (u) sound in Yahuwshua. To demonstrate this, let’s look at the individual letters of .
י Yod  – Produces a “Y” or “I” sound.
ה Heh – As a Hebrew vowel letter it produces the “Ah” or “Oh” sound (like in #8283 “Sarah” and #8010 Sh’lomoh). Otherwise produces the “H” sound and the “ah” sound would have to be supplied by the reader.
ו Waw – Also called “Vav”. As a Hebrew vowel letter it produces an “oo” (u) or “oh” sound (like in #7307 Ruach). Otherwise produces a “W” sound. This is the ignored letter in the pronunciation “Yahshua”. This letter is nowhere represented. Where is the W or initial U??
ש Shin – Produces the “sh” sound. The following “oo” sound is indicated by a vowel pointing but Deut. 3:21 and Judges 2:7 actually gives us another “waw” after this letter, proving the “shu” pronunciation as valid. This is why Strong’s 3091 gives 2 possible spellings (see above lexicon graphic). This also eliminates “Yasha/Yahusha” and “Yahoshea/Yahushea” as being possibilities.
ע Ayin – Silent without a vowel point but indicates an “ah” sound at the end of “Yahuwshua”.
So if the Messiah’s name was “Yahshua”, we would have to delete the third letter (waw) in . For this reason,  cannot not be pronounced “Yahshua”.
There are some who claim that “Yahshua” is actually the correct pronunciation of the Aramaic word (yod-shin-waw-ayin) (“Yeshua”) and the Hebrew scribes simply took out the proper vowel sounds, replacing the “Yah” with “Ye”. But as mentioned before,(yod-shin-waw-ayin)is not a legitimate Hebrew word. Also, as seen in the above scans of the Strong’s Lexicon (and the Hebrew manuscripts as well), the scribes used the “Sheva” vowel pointing (:) to replace the “Ah” sound in “YaHuWaH” and “Yahuwshua”, not the “Tsere” (:) vowel pointing as is found in the name “Yeshua”. If they were interested in changing the vocalization of “Yeshua” to fit their tradition, one would expect them to use  the (:) as they did in  and all of the other names beginning with “Yah”.

Why use Yahuwshua?

Since we seek to walk in the truth, we should want to proclaim His name as YaHuWaH gave it. YaHuWaH is the one who named His Son and we simply have no business changing it. It is all these changes that have brought about the confusion. It can be complicated to sort through it all, but truth seeking is an honorable thing that is pleasing in YaHuWaH’s eyes.
Of course, if we are somehow unable to pronounce the Messiah’s name, certainly YaHuWaH is able to show mercy. But if we are able to, what reason do we have to continue in error? It is better to cleave to what YaHuWaH gave rather than continuing in the traditions and mistakes of men. Continuing in error is never superior to walking in the truth.
YaHuWaH predicted what His Son’s name would be, so we have something we can look to for clarification. In the book of Zechariah, it states:
Zechariah 6:9-13 And the word of YaHuWaH came unto me, saying, 10 Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah; 11 Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua [YAHUWSHUA] the son of Josedech, the high priest; 12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh YaHuWaH of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of YaHuWaH: 13 Even he shall build the temple of YaHuWaH; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
“The Branch” is a prophetic reference to the coming Messiah who would be a Priest AND King (Compare Psallm 110, Isaiah 9:6).
So Zechariah was instructed to take a crown and place it on the head of Yahuwshua (in the Hebrew it has ), the son of Yahuwtsadak. Yahuwtsadak means “YaHuWaH is righteous”. When placing the crown on the head of  the High Priest, Zechariah was told to proclaim:

“Behold the man whose NAME is the BRANCH”.

Thus, this High Priest (Yahuwshua) had the same name as the coming Messiah who would reign as a priest on His throne. YaHuWaH revealed what His name would be, so why not call Him by that name? We see the examples of the apostles who were proclaiming His name, baptizing in His name, healing in His name, being persecuted for His name, etc. Let’s be willing to do the same by using the Messiah’s name as it is written and understood in Hebrew with a very important Hebrew meaning:

YaHuWaH saves!

Yahushua VS Yahusha VS Yeshua – The Mashiyach’s Name

About Yahweh

The Ysra’al of today is walking the same path that the Ysra’al of the Judges and of some of the Kings walked. Ysra’al has always been prone to wander and make for itself “Aluahiym’s that are not Aluahiym’s”. Aluahiym’s that are the creation of their own minds or that of others. Our Mighty Ones (Aluahiym) has but ONE Name – and it is found only where all Truth is found – in His Word.  Period! If you cannot find it in His Word then it is the wrong Name!

His Name is not found through the wisdom of man: encyclopedias, clever “yahweh” studies, what the Samaritans called Him – “Yabeh”, or what the Greek scholars said His Name was – Yabe (Yave), or Yahovey (English pronunciation).  For those who have eyes to see – count the letters in yahweh – there are six – the number of man. While in YaHuWaH, there are seven – YaHuWaH’s perfect number!

Four ancient Ibry [Hebrew] consonants cannot yield a two syllable word – yahweh.  Nor can four Ibry vowel sounds (per Josephus) yield a two syllable word – yahweh. However, with all of this said, the real test as to the validity of “yahweh” (yahway) is by the Word – the ONLY true test! What is truly amazing is that the “Studies of the Great Name” on many of the yahweh web sites come to this conclusion: “The spelling Yahweh is acceptable as long as one remembers that the “w” has a “uu” sound and not a hard “w” sound.” .… this would yield “Yahuweh (Yah-uu-eh)” which at least contains the “Yahuw” – I AM HE.

It is also interesting that we have three syllables in the “cover-up” done by the Masoretic scribes. So what did those who wished to cover Him up do?  They took the four letters YHWH  and its three vowels; and placed in those four letters, their modern vowel-pointed Hebrew for Adonai. …. By the way Adonai is still three syllables with three vowels.  What this shows is that they also knew that The Great Name had three syllables, not the two – ascribed by so called modern scholars

This is from “nazarite.net”: Concerning the name “Yahweh” – it’s close, except it can’t be. The Fathers name in Hebrew is spelled Yod-Hey-Waw-Hey (YHWH). Now Yod-Hey (YH) is a root and Waw-Hey (WH) is also a root. When you add two roots together you end up with three syllables. Now every seven-year-old kid in the first grade in Israel knows this. This is fundamental rule in basic Hebrew grammar. With the vowel points YH becomes Yah, and WH become Wah, when you add them all together you get YaHuWaH pronounced Yah-hoo-wah with three syllables. Another issue with the name Yahweh is the Hey (H) can’t have one sound one time then another sound another. Yahweh has the Hey (H) as aH in the first root then eH in the second root, which is it?

Concerning the oft repeated phrase “I AM HE” which is “Ani Huw (first person)” in Hebrew and translates into “YaHuW (third person)”(Hebrew spelling), and is a major identifying part of His Great Name -YaHuWaH, is for some reason, not seen or acknowledged by them as being of any importance! Notice the text below, just one of many in which the identifying phrase “I AM HE” is used. (The actual Hebrew reads just “I He” – “Ani Huw” – the “am” is place between these words for clarification.)

YashaYahuw (Isaiah) 52:5-6 “And saith – I AM HE  Who is Self Existent; Continually everyday I lament the destruction of My Name that they have set to blaspheme.  Therefore in That Day speaks He, certainly My Name they shall know; it is He Who Exists (YaHuWaH); with tears they shall report, BEHOLD! (from Hebrew)

Since “I AM HE” = “Ani Huw” = “YaHuW”,  then the text above from the Hebrew could be read as follows: 52:5-6 “And saith – YaHuW Who is Self Existent; Continually everyday I lament the destruction of My Name that they have set to blaspheme.  Therefore in That Day speaks He, certainly My Name they shall know; it is He Who Exists (YaHuWaH); with tears they shall report, BEHOLD!
Yahuwdah while in captivity to Babel and on into the reigns of the Medes and Persians were known to those who “loved them not” as the “bearded Yahuw’s” as many of them had “yahuw” as part of their names. Some examples of this are:Ya’azanYahuw, ChabatstanYahuw, YigdalYahuw, Ma’aseYahuw, YoshiYahuw, YirmeYahuw, YashaYahuw, Yahuwyaquim, TsidqiYahuw —- all of these names had meanings that in some manner described their relationship to YaHuWaH. ChabatstanYahuw means “Brightness of YaHuWaH, YigdalYahuw means “Magnified by YaHuWaH, Ma’aseYahuw means “work of YaHuWaH. It is “in” these names that we see the foremost part of the Name of YaHuW-aH – not Yahweh. For the Name of our Mighty One – the Only One is verified in the names of His people.

Shemoth 20:7 “You shall not bring the Name of YaHuWaH  your Aluahiym to naught, for YaHuWaH will not hold him guiltless who brings His Name to naught. (ruin, nothing, despised, worthless – by wrong or non-use)

Mishle/Proverbs 30:4

Who has ascended up into heaven, and descended?

Who has gathered the wind in His fists?

Who has bound the waters in His garment?

Who has established all the ends of the earth?

What is His Name, and what is His Son’s Name, if you know?

That text above from Mishle [Proverbs] 30:4 –  is one that is loved and used by many of Ysra’al when introducing others to the Names of the Eternal One and His Anointed.  It still has much to say to us of Ysra’al today – and needs answering.  Ysra’al of today is awash with names that are not names, names that “bring to nothing” the Name of the Eternal One [YaHuWaH] and His Mashiyach [Messiah]Names that cannot be proven from Scripture and have no Scriptural basis.

With this said, I would like to make the following challenges: First challenge – that you use the four texts below to test the validity of the Names by which you call on the Eternal One and His Anointed.  These texts are self-checking, that is, the Father’s Name should appear within the Name of His Anointed according to text one; and the Anointed’s Name should contain the Father’s Name according to text two & three. …. and the Anointed’s Name should be distinctive from all other Names given as stated in text four.  So write out the Names you call our Father and His Son and see if they meet these requirements!  – and there is no way that YaHuWaH’s Name can be separated from the Name of His Anointed,  for YaHuWaH’s Name must be within the Name of YaHuWSHuWaH. (For YaHuWaH was within YaHuWSHuWaH in all His Weightiness, Fullness and Power – bringing the world to Himself) The enunciation of one Name will verify the other Name!

1. ☛  Shemoth/Exodus 23:20 “Behold, I send My Messenger before you, to guard you by the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. 23:21 Pay attention to Him, and listen to His voice. Don’t provoke Him, for He shall not pardon your disobedience, for My Name is in Him.” ….  (the  Name for Himself that He gave to Moshah – YaHuWaH)

2. ☛  Yahuwchanan [John]  5:43 I have come in My Father’s Nameand you don’t receive Me. If another comes in his own name, you shall receive him.” and ….

3.  Yahuwchanan [John]17:11 O Set-apart Father, guard them by Your Name, which You have given Methat they may be one union, even as We are.”

Along with these two texts, one must keep in mind that “The Name” given to the Mashiyach is above and is distinctive from all other names – the Fathers’s name is within His  … as Sha’uwl states in Phillipians 2: 9-11:

4.  Which is why YaHuWaH also highly exalted Him, and gave to Him A Name which is above every other name; in order that at the Name of YaHuWSHuWaH  every knee should bow, of the ones in the heavens, and the ones on the earth, and the ones under the earth, and that every tongue should openly acknowledge: YaHuWSHuWaH the Anointed is YaHuWaH, to the esteem of Aluah the Father”(cf. YashaYahuw 45:23-24 – By Myself I have sworn, the Word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that to Me every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall swear. They shall say of Me, ‘There is righteousness and strength only within YaHuWaH!”)

A positive example of this “self check” is given here:

1.  [From the Hebrew: The Father: –  YaHuWaH : The Son: – YaHuWSHuWaH   (YaHuW-SHuWaH – I AM HE YaHuWaH who SAVES/DELIVERS). He came in His Father’s Name – including the tetragrammaton.]

2. [One name combination that does not follow these texts is:

Yahweh (Yahway) for the Father and Y’shua, Yahshua, or Yahusha, for the Son.  The name Yahweh is not within YaHuWSHuWaH, as He did not come in that name  ….. therefore, something is wrong!] (Though, I did come across a web site that was true to the above “tests” – They call the Father yahweh, and His Son yahwehshua. – at least they are honest to the texts!)

WHO IS “YAHWEH”?

The Masoretic text from which many scholars, Christians, and Messianic’s get the name Yahweh – using the YHWH of the tetragammaton – do not understand that the Masoretic’s incorrectly borrowed the vowels from the Hebrew word for “Lord” and attached these vowels to the tetragammaton. In doing so they came up with the name “Jehovah”. But knowing there is no “J” sound in Hebrew or “V” sound in Hebrew, they eventually came up with Yahweh (Yah-way) – to which most cling tenaciously.

With a little research, one can easily find that the Greeks called their chief god “Zeus”. The Romans called him “Jupiter” for he was their chief god. He was their god of light, the sky and weather, and the god of the state, of its laws, and its welfare. Jupiter was also given the name “Jove” in Latin. Let’s take a look at how “Jove” is pronounced.

In Latin there is no “J” sound –  but is pronounced like the English “Y”. The short “O” in Latin sounds like the English “AH”. The Latin “V”  sounds like the English “W” as there is no “V” sound in Latin. The “E” in Latin sounds like the short “EH” in English. Now let’s see how “Jove”  is sounded out in English.
J = Y
O = AH
V = W
E = EH

JOVE = YAHWEH

Therefore, those who call the Eternal One – The Creator of All – by the name YAHWEH are calling Him by the name of the Roman god Jupiter, and the Greek god Zeus. This is nothing less than an abomination – bringing His Name to nothing, and mouthing the name of a pagan god and then saying it is His Name.

Here is a challenge” from another website dealing with the name “yahweh – yah-way”
“In fact, I issue this challenge to anyone who believes the Creator’s name to be “Yahweh.”
If you’ll send me a copy of the name “Yahweh” written in Hebrew with the Masoretic vowel points; along with the corresponding locations in the Old Testament (Masoretic Text) where that particular combination of consonants and vowels points appear in writing, and articulates the pronunciation “Yahweh,” I will gladly place it here!” (No one has ever sent him the data he requested!)

Note: That the Father’s Name appear within His Mashiyach’s Name is vital, for YaHuWaH’s Mashiyach isYaHuWaH manifested in the flesh-!! A beautiful and wonderful truth that explains so much in the Word …. and is very easy to see throughout the Writings of the TaNaK [First Testament] and the Brit Chadasha. [Apostolic Writings/New Testament]

Acts 2:36  “Let all the house of Ysra’al therefore know certainly that Aluah has made this YaHuWSHuWaH whom you hanged on a stake, both Master YaHuWaH and haMashiyach.”

Acts 2:38 Kepha said to them, “Each of you reconsider, and be immersed, every one of you, in the Name of the Master YaHuWaH-YaHuWSHuWaH haMashiyach for the washing away of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Ruwach haQadosh. from AENT

Note: Derivatives of the Name of The Almighty should also be found in the Word within the names of His people.[All Hebrew names have meaning and often picture the works, deliverance, and wonders of the Eternal One. …. YashaYahuw [Isaiah] (YaHuWaH is deliverance) and YirmeYahuw [Jeremiah](YaHuWaH will raise up) are examples of this. YirmeYahuw 15:16 Your Words were found, and I ate them; and Your Words were to me a joy and the rejoicing of my heart: for I am called by Your Name, YaHuWaH, Aluahiym of Hosts. (YirmeYahuw = (YaHuWaH will raise up or appoint”) Note: There are also some 99 others of Ysra’al who have “YaHuW” in their names: 72 names that end with “YaHuW”, 27 names having “YaHuW” at the beginning, and 1 with it in the middle. … for a total of 100! (YaHuw – YHW – is the Hebrew spelling)

*Note on the úW/uw : The “waw” in Paleo-Hebrew and Ancient-Hebrew is  pronounced as “uW”, it is not just a simple “v” or “w” sound. …. rhymes with “wuu”. Dawid Ray ” False Name and Mystery Babylon”

Second challenge: can you find one name – just one – given in the TaNaK that is a derivative of “Yahweh“??  Let the “judge” be the “Blue Scriptures” from ISR … for some “yahweh people” have their “own” versions which have been liberally “tweaked”!

There will be coming soon a time of great testing, of oppression/tribulation and of trial; we will need to call upon the Name of The Almighty for deliverance. … and if we have the wrong name – their will be no deliverance.  Now is the time to be sure we know that Name and trust in it. Psalms 9:9-10 YaHuWaH will also be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble. Those who know Your Name will put their trust in You, for You, YaHuWaH, have not forsaken those who seek You. … and from Yahuw’al  2:32 It will happen that whosoever shall call on the Name of YaHuWaH  shall be delivered;  for in Mount Tsiyon and in  Yahrushalom there shall be those who escape [are delivered], as YaHuWaH  has said, and in the remnantthose whom YaHuWaH shall call.  [Acts 2:21; Romans 10:13]

In First Melakim [Kings] 18, there is the recounting of the apostasy of the first House of Ysra’al led by Iyzebel (see First Melakim [Kings] 17- 21 page) and her false prophets during Ach’ab’s reign. (A very prophetic passage being played out in many of the Ysra’al of today, who are calling on the name “yahweh” or other false names – (Ba’al),  – and whose false prophets number at least 850 and who eat at Iysebel’s table! cf. Rev. 2:19-24) Perhaps these “850 false prophets should assemble themselves together and see if they can find in the TaNaK [First Testament] just one derivative of “yahweh” ….. it can’t be done!  Many of the present day “prophets of yahweh/Ba’al” are also “nico- laitans” (rulers of the layity – their excuse being that they are protecting their flock from the “wolves”, however, their real motive is to keep the flock under their control so they can be easily “fleeced”; spiritually, emotionally, doctrinally, and in some cases financially!)

Jacob O. Meyer of the “Assemblies of Yahweh” states that he is 99.99% sure that the Great Name is Yahweh …. but if he finds out differently from some advanced “scholarship”, then he will change his position! What an amazing statement! He is denying the Word – the only source where one can find the Great Name! He needs to (as all yahweh believers should) – heed the word that YaHuWaH gave us in YashaYahuw [Isaiah] 2:22 “Stop trusting in man, whose breath is in his nostrils; for of what account is he?” and from YirmeYahuw [Jeremiah] 17:5 ” Thus says YaHuWaH: Cursed is the man who trust in man, and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart turns away from YaHuWaH!” This is especially true for those seeking to know His Great Name!

There are many more just like him who turn their backs on the only true source  of Wisdom – the Word – where His Name can be proven. There is a host of different “Assemblies”, “Congregations”, “Houses” of yahweh, etc. All of which rely on “sources” for His Name that are not Scriptural, and lean upon the fact … “there are so many of us that call upon this name, how can it be wrong”. Well, so did all Ysra’al  call upon “Ba’al” in the days of Ach’ab when Iysebel and her false prophets led Ysra’al astray.  What has been – will be!

As for those who say – and they are many – “It really doesn’t matter if we say “yahweh” or “YaHuWaH” or any other name, for Aluahiym “knows” what we mean and He will accept what we say until He makes His Name known to us.” (- but He already has! It’s in His Word for those willing to search it out!) But, if this is how you feel, well, why not go back to g_d, l_rd, j_zeus, etc. – for YaHuWaH “knows” what we mean and therefore it is acceptable with Him! I think NOT!

The Wu Sound is essential for the above above words!

Yes, it’s all about Names – the correct ONES

Guns, Lies and Forgeries: A Bible Story By Robert E. Reis

 圖像裡可能有文字

Once upon a time there was a tribe living in the Middle East that had a collection of sacred texts written in Hebrew, Chaldean and Aramaic. It is the nature of sacred texts to be venerated and transmitted from generation to generation unaltered.

As time passed members of this tribe emigrated to areas where Hebrew and Aramaic and Chaldean were not spoken. A large community settled and prospered in the city of Alexandria in Egypt. Greek replaced their tribal language. They needed an accurate translation of their venerated documents into Greek.

Around 250 B.C. seventy rabbis translated the sacred texts into Greek. This translation was not a bootleg edition. The project was approved by the High Priest and the Sanhedrin in Jerusalem. The Septuagint, the translation of the seventy, was an official document.

A Hebrew Bible exists today. It is used by Jews everywhere. It is called the Masoretic text. It was compiled around 700 A.D. It is almost one thousand years newer than the Septuagint. The rabbis who compiled the Masoretic text were not accountable to the High Priest in Jerusalem. There no longer was a High Priest. The rabbis who compiled the Masoretic text were not accountable to the Sanhedrin in Jerusalem. There no longer was a Sanhedrin.

The Septuagint predates the first appearance of the Masoretic text by almost ten centuries. The Septuagint is based upon Hebrew texts at least twelve centuries older than the texts upon which the Masoretic version is based. .Yet, modern Christian translations of the Old Testament rely on the Masoretic Text, not the Septuagint.

Where is the problem?

Most of the quotations from the Old Testament in the New Testament used the Septuagint as their primary source. The integrity and truthfulness of the [New Testament] is completely dependant on the Septuagint being a truthful translation. Discredit the Septuagint and there is no New Testament.

There was no controversy about the integrity of the Septuagint from 250 B.C. until 135 A. D.

What had happened to provoke dissatisfaction with the Septuagint among the Jews?

Annas and Caiphas and the Sanhedrin had rejected the messianic claims of Jesus. The New Testament documents had been written and were circulating by A.D. 70. The Jews knew that the credibility of the Christian Gospels depended on the credibility of the Septuagint. Something had to be done.

Around 95 A.D. Rabbi Akiva, who later proclaimed Bar Kochba as the messiah, hired a man named Aquila to translate a Hebrew to Greek version of the Old Testament that would undermine the messianic claims of Jesus found in the Septuagint. Some scholars believe that the Masoretic text was based in part on this tendentious translation by Aquila.

How is the Masoretic text different from the Septuagint?

Psalm 22:16 the word “pierced” has been replaced by “lion”.

Psalm 145: 13 omitted entirely.

Isaiah 53:11 the word “light” is omitted.

On 134 occasions the Tetragrammaton, the name of God, has been replaced by “Adonai”.

Psalm 151 was omitted entirely. (It is now omitted by almost all Christian Bibles!)

Exodus 1: The number 75 replaced by 70

Genesis 10:24 some generations removed.

Deuteronomy 32:8 “Angels Of Elohim” replaced with “children of Israel.”

Jeremiah 10 verses 6 and 7 have been added in the Masoretic.

Psalm 96:10 “Say among the nations, YHWH reigns from the wood” omitted.

Isaiah 19:18 “city of righteousness” changed to the “city of the sun” or in some versions “the city of destruction.”

The Masoretic scribes purposely and willfully rearranged the original chapter order in the prophetic Book of Daniel, so that the chapters make no sense chronologically.

Isaiah 61:1 “recovery of sight to the blind.”. Omitted.

In Psalm 40:6 “a body you have prepared for me” was replaced by “you opened my ears.”

Deuteronomy 32:43 ‘Let all the messengers of Elohim worship him.’” Omitted.

Genesis 4:8: “Let us go into the field” is omitted.

Deuteronomy 32:43. Moses’ song is shortened.

Isaiah 53 contains 10 spelling differences, 4 stylistic changes and 3 missing letters for light in verse 11, for a total of 17 differences.

Isaiah 7:14. “Virgin” replaced by “young woman.”

(When Aquila made his Greek translation of the Old Testament at the behest of Rabbi Akiva, he changed the Septuagint’s “virgin” into “young woman”. The Masoretic compilers may have followed his lead.)

The Masoretic text differs from the Septuagint in hundreds of places. How do we know which text is accurate?

The Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered just after World War II.

According to carbon dating, textual analysis, and handwriting analysis the documents were written at various times between the middle of the 2nd century BC and the 1st century AD. There are fragments from all of the books of the Hebrew Bible fragments except the Book of Esther and the Book of Nehemiah.

In addition an independent Aramaic translation of the Hebrew Bible exists, the Peshitta.Control of the Dead Sea Scrolls was a military objective of Israelis. It was achieved by their victory in the Six Days War.

The publication of the scrolls slowed to a trickle.

After 1971, the international team even refused to allow the publication of photographs of the material. They excluded scholars who wanted to make independent evaluations.

The embargo was not broken until 1991.An addition to the Dead Sea Scrolls, scholars can use the Peshitta to decide between the Masoretic text and the Septuagint.I have given examples above of some of the places the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Peshitta, and the Septuagint agree.

The Masoretic Text is part of a tradition that began with Rabbi Akiva. Rabbis rewrote the Jewish Bible to destroy the credibility of the New Testament.

The Hebrew versions of the Old Testament have been used to proclaim scores of “messiahs” . The Septuagint was only used once.

( At the end of this article is an Additional Bonus for the study of How did our Messiah died? On the Cross or on the Tree?)
The time was about 2:00 a.m. and I was lying in bed with my wife. Suddenly, I found myself at the foot of the execution stake staring up at the face of Yahushua. The surroundings, the sky and the atmosphere were dark and gloomy, although there was sufficient light to make out the details of the scene before me. Several people were standing nearby and weeping bitterly, although I could not recognize their identity; which was rather amusing, since I did not know how to recognize them anyway. The women were all wearing a head covering of various types, much like you would see in any film depicting that era or in the news media of today in certain regions of the world. There were also men present but indistinguishable (as to who they were) in appearance. In the background were the hills and mountains surrounding Jerusalem, and the despair and state of darkness of the world’s condition was very apparent and tangible.
I was standing close (only a few feet) to Yahushua Who was impelled on the stake when I looked up into His face. At first, His head was turned away from me and I saw Him looking out over the people below Him. Then He turned His head towards me directly, looked down and simply stared at me, not speaking. His face and body had plainly been butchered; with a great deal of His beard having been literally torn (ripped) out of His face. His body while still having a distinguishable form appeared more like a bloody mass of meat that had been savagely pulverized, and ripped open in certain areas. No scene in any movie or any description in a book has ever captured the evidence of the absolute barbaric cruelty, torture, and bloodshed of the Messiah that I was witnessing first hand.
As He stared at me and His eyes fixed on my own, I could see the whites of His eyes and His pupils against the backdrop and release of blood covering His face; the crown of thorns placed on His head (that had been savagely battered and was also covered in blood). This wasn’t just an execution; the Messiah’s condition before dying had been the result of a blood-thirsty psychotic mob comprised of both Roman soldiers and civilians alike that had thoroughly enjoyed and were delighted in the sight of a man’s torturous abuse and subsequent death following thereafter. The reality that He was (is) the Messiah gave these insidious individuals even more pleasure.
This mob, now fragmented, was mixed with other people who were truly recognizing the severity and solemn meaning of that moment in the history of man. The ones who understood this, stood silent and were in tears with a look of astonishment on their faces; their bewildered looks clearly communicating the surprise, shock, and curiosity of what Aloahiym was about to do next to the whole of mankind; and silently praying that they would somehow be exempt from His judgment. Although they had personally heard the message of Yahushua as and when
He declared it, these people knew that the consequences for man’s actions (as a whole) towards the one and only Messiah that they had been expecting and waiting for were about to be realized [See Matt 23: 33-38; Heb 2:2-5; 6:5; 10:29; 12:25]. The mob members that were frolicking around in the aftermath of His torture and slaughter had no clue of this, continuing in their folly with a complete and total disconnection from even common civility, let alone righteousness and any sense of Aloahiym’s divine reality. These people were in and had become a part of the darkness of evil, the product of their own respective decisions and free will; yet Yahushua had forgiven them [Luke 23:34].
As He was hanging on the execution stake and gazing down into my eyes, there was the absolute conveyance of undefiled and certain unmitigated understanding of the voluntary sacrifice of His life that He was making right then and there in real terms in front of my eyes. The sacrifice of His own life was for my sake and benefit, as well as that of all mankind. This was the express purpose that He had come to the earth; to die as a sacrifice for all of man’s sins dating back to Adam and the Garden [Gen 3:15; 1 John 3:8]He became sin, the curse itself [Gal 3:13] so that man, subject to his individual willingness, would no longer be separated from the One, true, YAHUWAH Aloahiym that had given man his respective existence in the first place. Yahushua was (is) the express image and likeness of YAHUWAH [Col 1:15; Hebs 1:3; other] having stepped out and coming forth from YAHUWAH [John 16:28; 13:3] for the purpose at hand [John 3:16-17; 1 John 3:8; others], and Who had now completed His assignment [John 19:30]. The stage was now set for man to play his part in the drama of life as YAHUWAH has purposed it. Man was to accept the sacrifice of Yahushua, or he (she) would not. The choice was given to man to make this decision, and by this decision, man either lived or he died; however, it was his or hers alone to make.
This wasn’t just history in the making as it would appear in the natural; this was the distinction between the divine hai of YAHUWAH Aloahiym in direct contrast to all that is NOT of YAHUWAH pointedly demonstrating the fulfillment of John 3:18-20Given man’s predisposition (through his carnal nature) to attempt to take control of Aloahiym’s creation, and to exercise authority and dominion over all the earth without the righteousness, love, compassion, and divine counsel with prudent understanding and other attributes of the Father in each and every facet of (man’s) life, the scene was a vivid and candid portrayal of what YAHUWAH had foretold for centuries through the Scriptures of the evil in man’s soul where man runs from the Light instead of into it. The eye-witness of the acceptance of this evil by those of the mob that were present and had been a part of the execution would turn any mortal being with the promise of salvation into a rotten sack of hopelessness and despair. Therein, I remembered the open vision described in Part 1, Page 11, entitled: “Second Open Vision, Summer, 2007”, and the torment and stark terror on the faces of the people revealed to me who had made the wrong
choices and decisions in their life . . . when they had had the opportunity; never expecting the consequences of those decisions to catch up with them.
As He gazed down at me is silence, there was the clear and concise message from Yahushua ha Massiach:
What direction am I leading you in, My son, and what is the price? What price are you willing to pay? Will you pay the price that must be paid? I have suffered and am about to die for you, out of My great love for you, releasing you forever from the bondage of sin and the hold of the enemy on your soul. Will you not perceive and recognize it, and come with Me to My Father Who is also your Father? I (He) await you and all whom are willing to make the same sacrifice of their lives!
[Matt 10:38-39; 11:27; John 17:26; Heb 3:14; Rev 12:11; 14:1-5, 12; 22: 4, 12-14]
This was a deeply personal, in-your-face vision, and did not last long, but will remain with me forever. I have tried to encapsulate the essence of this experience in a short, succinct manner; but words simply do not come close. I encourage all persons to examine their hearts, thoughts, motives, and true desires. Are they truly of our Messiah . . . in substance? Or are these elements a thin veil for emotional satisfaction, soulish delusion, and stubborn embrace for more of the flesh? The Messiah’s comments at the end of His ordeal bring forth the reality of His death at the hands of those He came to save [Heb 12:2-4, 16-17; 9:28; Prov 1:24-31; Rev 14:4-5].

Pictured here is the first and last letter of the Hebrew Alphabet known as the “Alef & Taw.” These two letters represent eternity or (the beginning and the end). They were created from the beginning by YaHuWaH at Creation. In the original Hebrew Scriptures we can actually see these letters in the text but the English translators left them out:
Bereshiyth (Genesis) 1:1
In the beginning Elohiym created את [Alef & Taw] the heaven and ואת [Waw, Alef & Taw] the earth.
Satan hi-jacked these symbols later on and used them for pagan sun-god worship, but long before that, YaHuWaH used them in the Hebrew Alphabet to illustrate a prophetic picture of our Messiah as the sacrificial animal (the red heifer) being nailed to a cross!
After the Exodus when the children of Yisra’el were in the wilderness, they began to murmur and complain against YaHuWaH, and so he sent fiery serpents to bite them and many of them died (Numbers 21:6). But many of them began to repent and when they did, YaHuWaH instructed Mosheh to make a pole and put a fiery serpent on the pole for them to look upon and then they would not die from being bitten by the serpent. This was a prophetic shadow picture of the future Messiah who would later on become a curse for us (John 3:14). But later on this image of the serpent on a pole became an idol that was used for worship and YaHuWaH was against this. The Yisra’elites also began to worship a graven image of the calf (as seen in this image of the alef or the ox head), and because of this, he broke the first covenant that he made with them when Mosheh broke the first set of stone tablets (Exodus 32:19). Later on in history, even the Christian Churches began to worship and bow down to this image of the Taw as a wooden cross. These symbols were always meant to symbolize our Messiah, but we are commanded not to bow down and serve these images (Exodus 20:5). They only serve as illustrations for us—nothing more. We are commanded not to worship YaHuWaH through graven images or created things.
In this illustration of the “Alef & Taw,” in it’s earliest ancient form it shows us a picture of the Red Heifer (the ox head) being nailed to the “two sticks” of Ezekiel 37:16 (the stick of Ephrayim & Judah). Messiah is the “Alef & Taw” which means “the first and the last” or “the beginning and the ending” (Revelation 1:8; 1:11; 21:6; 22:13). The last Hebrew letter, “the Taw” is shaped like a cross because it means that we must come to the “end” of the old sinful nature. In Psalms 51:5 David declared “Behold I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.”
Our Mashiyach (Messiah) came to put an end to this sinful nature—not the Mosaic Law! This is precisely why Yahuwshuwa commanded us to deny ourselves, take up our cross (stauros) daily and to follow him (Matthew 16:24). Later on in this article, you are going to see that the furniture in the Tabernacle of Mosheh (Moses) from an aerial view, is arranged in the shape of a cross and it brings us to the “end” of the sinful man!
Yahuwshuwa will not automatically cleanse everyone with his blood without repentance. We have to make the journey through the pattern of the Tabernacle which teaches us how to die to self!
When we reach the “end” of the Tabernacle in the Holy of Holies, we die! Any priest who had unrepentant sin would die there in the Holy of Holies. Therefore, our Messiah made the journey for us! The book of Revelation was spoken to the Apostle Yahuwchanon (John) “in the Hebrew tongue”(Revelation 9:11, 16:16), but later on it was translated into Greek. And so in the Greek translation of the book of Revelation, Messiah referred to himself as the “Alpha & Omega,” which is the first and last letter of the Greek alphabet. But in Hebrew (which is the language John the Apostle spoke and wrote in) he would have said this to Yahuwchanon (John):
Chazown (Revelation) 1:8 I am the Alef and the Taw, the Beginning and Ending, says יהוה YaHuWaH which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
As you can see above, our Messiah was revealing himself as YaHuWaH in his resurrected state!
Chazown (Revelation) 1:9 I, Yahuwcanon (John), who also am your brother and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of יהושׁוע Yahuwshuwa Mashiyach, was in the island that is called Patmos for the Word of Elohiym and for the testimony of יהושׁוע Yahuwshuwa Mashiyach.
Chazown (Revelation) 1:11 “….I am the Alef and the Taw, the First and the Last.”
What is even more interesting is that the word “Taw” is the Hebrew word for “mark” as seen in Ezekiel 9 and it is a mark that Elohiym puts on the foreheads of his elect who are sealed. The letters in the word“Taw” even tell a message:
Taw, Alef, Waw

This means: “the cross, the sacrificial animal, and the nail.”

The Apostle Shauwl (Paul) spoke of this “mark” as being a “mark” that he bore in his own body:

Galatiym (Galatian) 6:17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of  יהוה YaHuWaH יהושׁוע Yahuwshuwa.
http://www.ancient-hebrew.org/3_taw.html
The above link shows an illustration of how the progression of the letter “Taw” (Tav) has undergone changes over the centuries. What we see here is that the“cross” or the “Taw” is a picture of self-denial.

We are shown in these two letters that the Alef represents our “animal-like” nature which is sinful and prone to its own desires of the flesh. But when we kill this “animal-like” nature, by denying ourselves daily, we are then able to walk by the power of the resurrected Mashiyach (Messiah), which is the power of the Ruwach ha’Qodesh (Holy Spirit).

Two different Greek words are used to describe the instrument upon which our Mashiyach was crucified. The first Greek word that we see for “cross” is as follows:
#4716: Stauros: a stake or post (as set upright), i.e. (specially), a pole or cross (as an instrument of capital punishment); figuratively, exposure to death, i.e. self-denial; by implication, the atonement of Messiah:—-cross.
But there is another word that we see in the Strong’s Greek Concordance in the book of Acts where it says that our Messiah was nailed to a tree. We see this word for “tree” in Acts 5:30, 10:39, & 13:29 as the follows:
#3586 Xylon: a beam from which any one is suspended, a gibbet, a cross; a log or timber with holes in which the feet, hands, neck of prisoners were inserted and fastened with thongs; a fetter, or shackle for the feet.
What this means is that there were actually two different pieces of wood!
The piece that he carried across his shoulder was the “Xylon” which was a “cross-beam.” But the piece that was already standing at the execution site was the “Stauros” or the upright pole! Hence, he was crucified on the TAW (a cross shaped instrument). Messiah became a “curse” for us as he nailed “Tammuz”(sun-god worship) to the Tree!
The image of the cross was created by YaHuWaH himself at Creation:
Bereshiyth (Genesis) 1:1
In the beginning ELohiym created את the heaven and ואת the earth.
As you can see, in the beginning our Creator made the Alef & the Taw! This means that he created the Hebrew Alphabet, but he also prepared a human body for our Messiah from the beginning:
Ibriym (Hebrews) 10:5 Wherefore when he comes into the world, he says, Sacrifice and offering you would not, but a body have you prepared for me:
Ibriym (Hebrews) 4:3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Ibriym (Hebrews) 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world has he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
Chazown (Revelation) 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
1st Keefa (Peter) 1:
19 But with the precious blood of Mashiyach, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you…
As you can see from the above scriptures, Yahuwshuwa Mashiyach was always in eternity past the lamb slain from the foundation of the world!” This means that in eternity, he is the sacrificial lamb in the past, the present and the future! Now we know why Satan hi-jacked this symbol as an object of worship for the pagan sun-god Tammuz! But Satan had no idea that by doing this, he was creating the very instrument upon which his own kingdom would be demolished!

Much like Haman in the Persian Empire (Esther 7:9-10) who prepared the gallows for Mordechai the Jew, we see that Satan made a Roman Cross for Messiah to be crucified upon and as a result, his own Kingdom was destroyed!

The image of the “cross” was made of “two sticks” or “two poles” for many prophetic reasons. We can also see that these two sticks demonstrate “Two Houses of Yisra’el” and “the two greatest commandments.”

Vertical Love for YaHuWaH & Horizontal Love for Our Neighbor:

Marqos (Mark) 12:

30 And you shall love YHWH your Elohiym with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength: this is the first commandment.

31 And the second is like, namely this, you shall love your neighbour as yourself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Creation Testifies to the Taw (Tav) or “Cross” of our Messiah
Pictured here is a “Laminin” cell that looks like a cross!
Laminins are a family of proteins that are an integral part of the structural scaffolding of basement membranes in almost every human and animal tissue. You see, Laminins are what hold us together—literally. They are cell adhesion molecules. They are what holds one cell of our bodies to the next cell. Without them, we would literally fall apart. If you look up “Laminin” in any scientific or medical piece of literature, this is what you will see!
The Body of Messiah (The Two Houses of Yisra’el) are literally held together by his one sacrifice on the Taw or Cross! The Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) also illustrated this in his letter to the Ephesians:

Ephsiym (Ephesians) 2:15-16 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances;for to make in himself of two one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto Elohiym in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby.
Our Messiah embodied the Two Houses of Yisra’el by becoming as “the least” (the last) at his first coming (Messiah Ben Joseph), but then he resurrected and became “the first born” over all creation (Colossians 1:15). He humbled himself and became as the least among us.
In his role as Yahuwceph (Joseph) he was portrayed as “the suffering servant.” But when he returns, he will be as the “first” as Messiah Ben David, (the conquering reigning king). He will then bring together the Two Houses of Yisra’el as the “first & the last.” There will no longer be competition in his house because both Houses will become one stick, (one olive tree) when the remnants from these “two houses” become born-again into incorruption (immortality), they will both be his “first born” as Yisra’el.
Hence, he made the “two sticks” of Yahuwdah (Judah) & Ephrayim one stick or one tree in his hand! What is even more revealing is that when you look up this Hebrew word for “stick” in the prophecy of Ezekiel 37:16, the word is “eytz which means “tree. And so two trees were used to make the Two Houses of Yisra’el one again!
The first time that Yisra’el is likened unto an olive tree spoken of by the prophet Jeremiah:
Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah) 11:16 YHWH called your name, A green olive tree, fair, and of goodly fruit: with the noise of a great tumult he has kindled fire upon it, and the branches of it are broken.
But this one olive tree became two separate olive trees in 1st Kings 12, when Judah & Ephrayim became two separate nations under King Jeroboam & King Rehoboam. This gives clarity now for the entire purpose for our Mashiyach (Messiah), Yahuwshuwa coming to earth at his first coming as it is explained perfectly by the Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul):

Ephsiym (Ephesians) 2:

11 Wherefore remember, that you being in time past Goyim (Gentiles) in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

12 That at that time you were without Mashiyach (Messiah), being aliens from the commonwealth of Yisrael, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without Elohiym in the world:

13 But now in Mashiyach (Messiah), Yahuwshuwa you who sometimes were far off are made near by the blood of Mashiyach.
14 For he is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances(dogma); for to make in himself of two one new man, so making peace;
16 And that he might reconcile both unto Elohiym in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were near.
What were these “ordinances” that kept the “Two Houses” of Yisra’el separated? It was because YaHuWaH divorced the Ten Northern Tribes of Yisra’el, (Jeremiah 3:8), that the Rabbis thought they had to keep these tribes from being allowed to come back into covenant. Therefore, these Rabbis invented man-made “ordinances” that would enforce the building of a wall around the outer court of the temple. This would which would prevent these estranged tribes from being allowed to come into the Temple of YaHuWaH. And so the Greek word for “ordinances” that the Apostle Paul used in Ephesians 2:15 is dogma which means “a man-made decree.” The Rabbis made extra laws that were against the Towrah that kept these Gentiles from being allowed to come into the outer court of the temple so that they could “hear the Law of Mosheh” and be saved! The “enmity” (hatred between these two houses) was therefore caused by the sins of the divorced tribes and their idolatry. But also it was the sins of these Rabbis, whereby they introduced such a law that would keep the Gentiles “afar off” from the covenants of promise.
Messiah abolished not the Mosaic Law (Towrah) but he abolished the “enmity” (the hatred brought on by the sinful nature) that existed between both Houses of Yisra’el. The sinful nature is what caused these Rabbis to invent these “ordinances” which were against the Gentiles (the divorced tribes).
The Two Sticks or Trees of Ephrayim & Yahuwdah

As we can see from this illustration, there is a very good reason why YaHuWaH created the last letter in the Hebrew Alphabet (Taw) to be in the shape of a “cross.” He was illustrating through his Hebrew letter, the “Two Houses of Yisra’el” being made “one body by the cross!”Our Messiah was crucified on “two sticks” because his hands were stretched out, and this symbolizes our horizontal relationship with one another. But the other stick for his feet symbolizes our vertical relationship with the Father. These “two sticks” also illustrate for us the two greatest commandments in the Towrah (Matthew 22:36-40). Our Messiah was asked which are the two greatest commandments in the Mosaic Law (Towrah), and here is what he said:

“You shall love YHWH your Elohiym with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind” (Matthew 22:37).
“And the second is like unto it, You shall love your neighbour as yourself” (Matthew 22:39).
You will notice that the first and greatest of all commandments  involves loving YaHuWaH, and this is our vertical relationship with him! But then the second greatest commandment involves loving others, and this is a horizontal relationship!
And so Messiah was nailed to a Taw which was made out of two trees or two sticks for the Two Houses of Yisra’el!

Messiah has reconciled Ephrayim & Yahuwdah, (Jew & Gentile) by the Taw or Cross!
Even though the pagans hi-jacked this symbol and used it as an object of worship for the cross of Tammuz and Mithra, before the foundations of the world, YaHuWaH ordained that this letter, the “Taw” would be the mark that he marks his elect with in their foreheads (see Ezekiel 9 & Revelation 7). All those who receive a “mark” in their foreheads receive the “Taw.”
Yechezqel (Ezekiel) 9:4 And YHWH said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), and והתוית set a mark ואת [Waw, Alef & Taw] upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.
You will notice two words above: Tavah and Tav.
The word Tavah means “to mark out” and Tav means “a mark.” Hence what it really says is: “mark out a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.”
As you can see, those who are against the abominations mentioned in Ezekiel 8 (pagan sun-god worship) receive a mark in their foreheads! What is this “mark?”In the Strong’s Hebrew Concordance, the word for mark in the above verse is seen as follows:
# 8420 tav tawv from 8427; a mark; by implication, a signature:–desire, mark;
#8427 tavah taw-vaw’ a primitive root; to mark out, i.e. (primitive) scratch or (definite) imprint:–scrabble, set (a mark).
The phrase: “mark out והתוית a mark ואת” is telling us a story:

Waw (nail or tent peg), Hey (Breath or Spirit of YHWH), Taw (cross), Waw (nail or tent peg), Yod (arm of YHWH), Taw (cross). This word “tavah” contains the Hebrew letters above and it is saying that there are two nails (for his hands and feet). There are also two tent pegs for the Two Houses of Yisra’el or two tents of Jacob. And by the inspiration (breath) of YaHuWaH, Messiah (who is the arm of YaHuWaH) was sent to die on the two sticks (the cross or the taw) for the Two Houses of Yisra’el! And those who have faith in his finished work on the cross (taw) are the ones who receive his mark!
The Xylon or Cross Beam is the Burden of Ephrayim
Pictured here is the “xylon” or cross-beam that our Messiah carried to the “stauros” or execution stake that was already standing there as a permanent structure for the prisoners to be hung upon. Messiah carried only the “cross-beam” across his shoulders and then when he arrived, they attached the “cross- beam” to the upright pole or stake (which remained permanently in the ground and reused for other prisoners to be executed on).
As I mentioned earlier, two different Greek words are used to describe the execution stake that our Messiah was crucified on. The word for “cross” in the Strongs Concordance is “stauros” and it means “a stake, or pole.” But another word is used for the word “tree” fromActs 5:30; Acts 10:39 & Acts 13:29. That word for “tree” is xylon” which means a “cross-beam.” The word “stauros” also means “self-denial” and so this gives more meaning behind some of the statements that the Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) made:
1st Qorintiym (Corinthians) 1:18 For the preaching of the two sticks [cross] is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of Elohiym.

Shauwl (Paul) was stating that he was preaching a message of self-denial! He was not speaking about an object that people wear around their necks. We are not supposed to make the cross into an object of worship or treat it like a “good luck charm.”

The image of the “cross” was made of “two sticks” or “two trees.” Do you see how this all points to Two Houses of Yisra’el & the Two Greatest Commandments? You see, the Yahuwdiy (Jews) are more focused on their vertical love for YaHuWaH, which is why the emphasize the first four commandments out of the Ten Commandments. But the Goyim (Gentiles) are more focused on their horizontal love their neighbor. This is also seen in the parable of the “Good Samaritan” in Luke 10:30-37. The Samaritan (Gentile) cared for a complete stranger who was beaten and left for dead on the side of the road, while the Levite was too preoccupied with religious things to care for the stranger.
Messiah bore our burdens for us in the same way that Simon of Cyrene (a Gentile) carried his burden for him:

Matthithyahuw (Matthew) 11:

28 Come unto me, all you that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Messiah did not add any heavy yoke to the Towrah of Mosheh like the Pharisees did. He makes it easy and enjoyable to keep his commandments!
What is prophetic about this picture? Well, what we see here is that the “stauros” that was already standing there at the execution site represents the House of Yahuwdah (Judah)—-the stick that was already at home in Jerusalem. But the “stick” who was “afar off” was Ephrayim (the prodigal son). And so Messiah came for those Ten Northern Tribes who were “afar off” and he made the journey for them by carrying the “stick” of Ephrayim to the “stick” of Yahuwdah (Judah) in order to make them “one stick” by the cross or Taw! Simone of Cyrene being a Gentile is yet another clue!
The stick of Ephrayim was the stick that he carried! The stick of Yahuwdah was already standing there!
The Burden or Yoke of Ephrayim Made Easy & Light
Pictured here to the right are two oxen that are “yoked” together. The Ten Northern Tribes of Yisra’el who were divorced by YaHuWaH became known as“Ephrayim” because it was Yahuwceph’s (Joseph’s) son Ephrayim who became their tribal leader according to Bereshiyth (Genesis) 48:18-22.
Ephrayim was born in Egypt and he was accustomed to being in bondage, or slavery to paganism and idolatry. That is why often times in scripture, we see that Ephrayim is likened unto a bull or a heifer who is under a heavy yoke of bondage (Howshea 10:11).
Why is he in bondage? It is because the Two Southern Tribes (Judah & Benjamin) or the Jews added extra man-made laws to the Torah of Moses which is called “the oral law” or the Talmud. And so Ephrayim decided that it was too burdensome to keep the commandments. This is why in 1st Kings 12, the two houses of Yisra’el (Ephrayim & Yahuwdah) split under King Jeroboam & King Rehoboam. King Solomon had placed heavy tax burdens on the people of Yisra’el, but after he died, his son Rehoboam refused to lighten their taxes. And so this is why the Two Houses of Yisra’el split. This is a metaphor for what happened later on in history when the House of Judah placed heavy religious burdens on the people of Yisra’el as well.
As a result, King Jeroboam invented pagan holidays patterned after Ba’al and he set up a golden calf at Mount Ephrayim and at Dan. To this day, many born-again Christians fall under the covering of “Ephrayim” because they keep the pagan holidays of Ba’al (Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day etc.).
What was our Messiah’s mission at his first coming? He came as “Messiah Ben Joseph” (the suffering servant) in order to bring the “Ten Lost Tribes” of Yisra’el back to the Father’s instructions (Towrah). And so Messiah “bore the burden of Ephrayim” across his shoulder when he journeyed to the stauros (pole) as he carried the “cross-beam” for Ephrayim. This cross-beam was a burden across his shoulders, just like in the picture of these oxen that are yoked with a burden across their shoulders!
As we can see from the prophetic verses below, the House of Ephrayim are non-Jewish believers who are still in bondage to their stiff-necked rebellion against the Father’s instructions (Torah):
Howshea 10:11 And Ephrayim is as a heifer that is taught, and loves to tread out the corn; but I passed over upon her fair neck: I will make Ephrayim to ride; Yahuwdah (Judah) shall plow, and Yaaqob (Jacob) shall break his clods.
Debariym (Deuteronomy) 33:17 His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephrayim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.
As one can see, because Ephrayim was born in Egypt, he is accustomed to being in bondage to pagan idolatry. But this prophecy reveals that Yahuwdah (Judah) will plow the harvest field for Ephrayim and the sons of Ya’aqob (Jacob) will make the soil ready for the seeds. They will join in the last days to help Ephrayim’s burden and make it light!
Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah) 31:18 I have surely heard Ephrayim bemoaning himself thus; You have chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke: turn you me, and I shall be turned; for you are YHWH my Elohiym.
Once again, we see that Ephrayim is being chastised because he thinks of the Mosaic Law as being a big burden on his shoulders. He still does not realize that Messiah carried his burden and made it easy and light for him to obey Towrah by the power of the Holy Spirit!
Below, in Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah), we see a prophecy about how Ephrayim sees the Mosaic Law (Torah) or the commandments of YaHuWaH as being burdensome instead of a delight. But the prophet Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah) prophesied that the day would come when Ephrayim would no longer say “the burden of YaHuWaH” for he will begin to obey the Towrah with joy!
Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah) 23:36 And the burden of YHWH shall you mention no more: for every mans word shall be his burden; for you have perverted the words of the living Elohiym, of YHWH of hosts our Elohiym.
Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah) 23:38 But since you say, The burden of YHWH; therefore thus says YHWH; Because you say this word, The burden of YHWH, and I have sent unto you, saying, You shall not say, The burden of YHWH;
Our Messiah Yahuwshuwa carried a “cross-beam” across his shoulders to the stake (pole) that was already standing there at the place called “The Skull” for Ephrayim! The burden he carried is for Ephrayim who needs to be delivered from bondage to his lawlessness and his, Anti-Towrah ways!
Mattithyahuw (Matthew) 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Pictured here is a yoke. This is what is used to yoke together two animals in the field who plow together. This is what the Apostle Sha’ul (Paul) meant when he warned us not to be “unequally yoked together with unbelievers:

2nd Qorintiym (Corinthians) 6:14 Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion has light with darkness?

If we yoke together two oxen or two donkeys, they work well together. But if we yoke one donkey and one ox or bull, then they will not be compatible and nothing will get done! The field will not get plowed. A donkey and a lamb are both used to symbolize the “first born” of the House of Judah (Genesis 49:11, Exodus 13:13 & Zechariah 9:9). But the bull is symbolic of Ephrayim (the ten lost tribes) according toHowshea 4:16 & 10:11.
Sheep are obedient and they obey the voice of the shepherd. But bulls and donkeys are stubborn and stiff-necked as they need to be yoked in order to be made to obedient so that they can plow. But a bull and a donkey usually cannot be yoked together for they are “unequally yoked. Our Messiah performed the role of the Passover Lamb“ during Passover, but he also performed the role of the Red Heifer“ which is the only sacrifice that is to be down outside of the camp! The Red Heifer sacrifice was done by the priests in the temple when the altar became defiled. They had to escort the heifer out of the camp, kill the heifer and then burn the heifer down to ashes. Then they would mix the ashes of the heifer with water and they would use that as a cleansing solution to cleanse the articles of the temple and the altar. The instructions are found in Numbers 19.

The Red Heifer had to be perfect and not one white hair could be found on this heifer. It had to be without spot or blemish. The instructions for Yom Kippur are found in Leviticus 16, where the priest in the temple had to first sanctify himself with a Bull (Heifer) sacrifice, and then he killed the Sacrificial Goat for the nation of Yisra’el. His final act was to mix the blood of the Heifer (or the bull) with the blood of the Yom Kippur Goat and then he would sprinkle the mixed blood together on the altar! Beloved do you know what that symbolizes? It means that when our Messiah returns on the Day of Vengeance (which will be on Yom Kippur), he will make the two families or the Two Houses of Yisrael one house, one family, one blood, one bride, one stick in the hand of YaHuWaH!
In other words, the blood of the Heifer symbolizes the House of Ephrayim and the blood the Yom Kippur Goat symbolizes the House of Yahuwdah (Judah). The prophecy of Ezekiel 37:16-18 will be fulfilled on that day!
Two Trees for Two Houses of Yisra’el
This picture is an excellent representation of how Messiah was nailed to “two trees.” One tree (the vertical one) was for Yahuwdah as the House of Yahuwdah was already standing before YaHuWaH as they were still at least observing the Sabbaths and the covenant to some degree. The vertical tree is also symbolic of our vertical relationship with the Father as seen in the greatest commandment which is to “love YaHuWaH with all of your heart, mind, soul and strength.
The house of Yahuwdah was already keeping the first 4 commandments out of the 10, but they often neglected the other 6 commandments to “love your neighbor as yourself.” Our Messiah, however had many rebukes for the Scribes & Pharisees who “added” many traditions to the Towrah and thus making it more difficult for the other lost tribes to keep.
But the other lost tribes were no longer keeping the Sabbaths and biblical feast days as commanded by YaHuWaH. And so they were “afar off” from the covenant. This is why Messiah made that journey and carried that other “tree” across his shoulders (the xylon) as he was carrying the “stick of Ephrayim”(Ezekiel 37:16-19). This stick was the horizontal tree for our horizontal relationship with our fellow man. The 2nd greatest commandment tells us to “love your neighbor as yourself.”

The Gentiles were not obeying the first 4 commandments out of the 10, but often-times they demonstrated more love for their fellow man (as previously mentioned) in the parable of the good Samaritan.

When our Messiah finally arrived at the place where the stauros (stake) was standing, he had the xylon (cross beam) across his shoulders and this was fastened to the already standing stauros (representing Judah).

This is how he demonstrated the two sticks of Yahuwdah & Ephrayim as one stick or one tree in his hand!  He used two trees to make the two houses of Yisra’el one again!
Pictured here is the way that the lamb was cooked in ancient times at the very first Passover and beyond.
ANCIENT WAY OF COOKING PASSOVER LAMB
The Passover Lamb was crucified (impaled) on an execution stake, and then its intestines, called the “Crown of Shame” was placed on its head every Passover.

The Fiery Serpent on the Pole

When the children of Yisra’el in the wilderness complained and murmured against YaHuWaH Elohiym and against his anointed servant Mosheh, they were punished by YaHuWaH who sent fiery serpents to bite the people as a punishment:
Bemidbar (Numbers)21:
5 And the people spoke against Elohiym, and against Mosheh, Wherefore have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loaths this light bread.
6 And YHWH sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Yisrael died.

7 Therefore the people came to Mosheh, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against YHWH, and against you; pray unto YHWH, that he takes away the serpents from us. And Mosheh prayed for the people.
8 And the YHWH said unto Mosheh, Make you a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looks upon it, shall live.
9 And Mosheh made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.

YaHuWaH commanded Mosheh to place a fiery serpent on a pole and the children of Yisra’el would look upon it as a future picture of Messiah who would become a “curse” for us and then they would live.
The Apostle Yahuwchanon (John) also recognized this as a prophetic symbol of Messiah:
Yahuwchanon (John) 3:14 And as Mosheh lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
As you can see by the illustration above the “pole” that is shown looks like a cross, not just an ordinary straight pole. But how can we be sure that it was a “cross” and not just a pole?
We can see in the Ancient Paleo Hebrew pictograph letters what it says in Numbers 21:8:
Bemidbar (Numbers)21:8 And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Make a fiery serpent, and set it on a pole [Alef & Taw]. And it shall be that everyone who is bitten, when he looks at it, shall live.”
The word used in Numbers 21:8 for pole is the Hebrew Strong’s Word:
#5251 nec

1) something lifted up, standard, signal, signal pole, ensign, banner, sign, sail
a) standard (as rallying point), signal
b) standard (pole)
c) ensign, signal
What you will notice is that the English word for “pole” does not exist in the Ancient Hebrew. Instead the word for Alef & Taw is shown where the translators placed the word “pole” instead:
# 853 ‘eth ayth apparent contracted from 226 in the demonstrative sense of entity; properly, self (but generally used to point out more definitely the object of a verb or preposition, even or namely):–(as such unrepresented in English).
As you can see it says that this word #853 ayth for Alef & Taw is  UNREPRESENTED IN ENGLISH! The English translators did not know what to do with these Hebrew letters, so they placed the word “pole”there instead!
Here is what is shown in Numbers 21:8 instead of the word pole in Paleo Pictographs:
ואת Waw (the nail), Alef (the red heifer) & Taw (the cross or two sticks).
Whenever the Alef & Taw is in the original Hebrew text it does not appear in our English Bibles–it is not represented!
Hence the “pole” is actually the Alef & Taw with the serpent wrapped around it!
Pictured above is a close-up picture of the word used in Ancient Paleo Hebrew for the word “pole” inNumbers 21:8. The word in our English translation says “pole” but in the original Hebrew Pictograph, it is an Alef, Taw, Waw—in other words, the Red Heifer, the Cross, and the Nail!
The “pole” that Mosheh erected with the serpent for the Yisra’elites to look upon was the Cross or the Taw!
The Hellenic P46 Manuscript of the Briyth Chadashah (New Testament) shows that the word for “cross” is actually the term “two sticks.” This is precisely what the Spirit of YaHuWaH had been showing me all along!
1st Qorintiym (Corinthians) 1:17-18 from 2nd Century C.E. Hellenic P46 with place-markers accurately interpreted
by John Yahuwchanan Robertson
17 ου γαρ απεστειλεν με ο χρς βαπτιζειν αλλα ευαγγελιζεσθαι ουκ εν σοφια λογου ινα μη κενωθη ο στρος του χρυ.
17 For Mashiyach (χρς) did not send me to baptize, but to preach the Good News, not in wisdom of speech, lest the two sticks (στρος) of Mashiyach (χρς) should be made of no effect.
18 ο λογος γαρ του στρου τοις απολλυμενοις μωρια εστιν τοις δε σωζομενοις ημειν δυναμις θυ εστιν
18 For the preaching of the two sticks (στρου) is to those that perish foolishness, but to “The Ones Being Saved” it is the power of Aluwhiym (θυ).
The Righteous Branch Brings Both Houses of Yisra’el Together
You will notice that the illustration of the two branches or two sticks resembles the Hebrew letter “Waw” (Vav) which is a “nail” or a “tent peg.” This is how Messiah brings back together these “two sticks” into one stick (Ezekiel 37:15-19). The two houses of Yisra’el together act as a “tent peg” that holds the House of YaHuWaH together!
The Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) also spoke of these two branches in Romans 11. He referred to the “wild branches” (Ephrayim & Gentile companions) and he referred to the “natural branches” as (Yahuwdah & companions).
Do you also notice that these two sticks also resemble a cross? This is why I believe that our Messiah was nailed not to just one pole but two poles!
Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah) 23:5 Behold, the days come, says YHWH, that I will raise unto Dawiyd (David) a Righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.
Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah 33:15) In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of Righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

Horizontal & Vertical Meet

Many people in the Messianic and Hebraic Roots Movement are offended at the Roman symbol called “the cross,” because it was used as a pagan symbol for Tammuz and Mithras. But long before the pagans hi-jacked this symbol, it was used as an illustration for the Alef & Taw.
In our Messiah’s name there are 6 Paleo Hebrew Letters and they are seen with “two nails.”
Yod, Hey, Waw, Shin, Waw, Ayin.
יהושׁוע
The number “6” is the number for mankind because YaHuWaH created Adam (man) on the 6th day. Yahuwshuwa died as “the son of Man.”
There are also 6 Commandments that teach us how to love our fellow-man, to correspond with the 6 Hebrew letters to the name of Messiah YaHuWShuWA (YHWSWA).
Within these 10 commandments, the first 4 of these commandments teach us how to Love YaHuWaH. And since there are also 4 Hebrew letters to the Father’s name, we can see yet another pattern as follows:
Yod, Hey, Waw, Hey
יהוה
And so we can see that the first 4 commandments out of the 10 teach us how to love YaHuWaH. And the latter 6 commandments out of the 10 teach us how to love our fellow man. 4 letters for YaHuWaH + 6 letters for YaHuWShuWA = 10 commandments. The illustration of the Taw (cross) therefore depicts a vertical pole which represents the vertical relationship between the Father and the Son as well as our relationship with the Heavenly Father. The horizontal pole represents the horizontal relationship between those in the body of Messiah with one another. It also represents the earthly priesthood of Levites (horizontal), and the eternal (heavenly) priesthood of Melchizedek which is vertical.
And so the Alef & Taw perfectly unites Father and Son, and the “Two Houses of Yisra’el!” These are the two sticks (trees) of Ephrayim & Yahuwdah (Judah)!

The Congregation in the Wilderness Arranged in the Shape of a Cross or The Taw

Pictured above, we see that the 12 Tribes of Yisra’el were arranged in the shape of a “cross” or a “Taw” in the wilderness. Each of the 4 creatures shown above are also mentioned in Ezekiel 1:10 as “the living creatures.” The fact that Messiah was nailed to two trees that were in the shape of a “Taw” (two crossed sticks) is highly significant because this once again shows that his bride (Yisra’el) is his body, and he bore our sins upon his own body:
1st Keefa (Peter) 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes you were healed.
Romiym (Romans) 12:5 So we, being many, are one body in Messiah, and every one members one of another.
Once again we see that the bride—the body of Messiah is joined by the two crossed sticks or the Taw!
The Stake or Pole?
The Jehovah’s Witnesses are the main proponents of the belief that our Messiah Yahuwshuwa died on an upright pole and not a cross or two sticks. Those who would argue that our Messiah was nailed to a single pole or a stake think that the “cross” is a pagan symbol.
But even the Asherah Pole is a pagan symbol used to worship a pagan fertility goddess known as “Asherah.” We are commanded in scripture to destroy these Asherah Poles! (Exodus 34:13, Deuteronomy 7:5, 12:3, 2nd Chronicles 31:1).
Pictured here is an illustration that the Jehovah’s Witnesses use to try to “prove” that Messiah was executed on a pole. But Messiah carried his own cross to the place of execution:
Mattithyahuw (Matthew) 27:32 And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross.
And so what did he carry if the stake was already standing there as a permanent structure? The Romans did not use a different pole or a stake every time they executed a new prisoner. The pole or stake was permanently in the ground like a modern telephone pole. It had to be secured into the ground with rocks and mortar and driven deep into the ground for stability. They did not do this every time they had to crucify another prisoner. Messiah did not carry his own pole to the place of execution. He carried a “cross-beam” across his shoulders and then it was fastened to the stauros that was already standing there as a permanent structure.
Wasn’t the Cross a Symbol of Tammuz the Sun-god?

Some would argue that the Cross is a pagan symbol for Tammuz.
Pictured here is the difference between the cross of Ba’al or Tammuz which is more like a “plus sign” enclosed in a circle for the pagan sun-god versus the cross of our Messiah which is the last letter in the Hebrew Alphabet known as the “Taw.”
The Taw (cross) was never meant to symbolize sun-god worship. The brightest star in the solar system is the sun, and Yahuwshuwa is described as the “the sun of righteousness” (Malachi 4:2) and he is also “the bright and morning star” (Revelation 22:16)But Satan wants to steal worship away from Yahuwshuwa and he wants us to believe that he is the “bright and morning star” (see Isaiah 14:12 in all modern translations). The modern versions say that the “morning star” fell from heaven, implying that it was Messiah who fell from heaven.
But the King James Version uses the Hebrew Masoretic text which says “heylel ben shachar” fell from heaven. This is Hebrew for the English title “son of the morning.” This is accurate, because it means that Lucifer (Heylel) was merely a “son” (a created being). The modern translations like NIV, NASB, CJB use the Greek Septuagint which says “boker kokab” (the morning star). This is incorrect as the Gnostics are deliberately deviating from the Hebrew TaNaKh by calling Lucifer “the morning star.”
It is Messiah Yahuwshuwa who is the bright and morning star–not Lucifer:
Chazown (Revelation) 2:28 And I will give him the morning star.
Chazown (Revelation) 22:16 I Yahuwshuwa have sent my angel to testify unto you these things in the congregations. I am the root and the offspring of Dawiyd (David), and the bright and morning star.
This prophecy about Messiah being “the sun of righteousness” is not a mis-print, nor is it a Catholic interpolation (as some have supposed):
Malakiy (Malachi) 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and you shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
The reason why Messiah is being referred to here as “the sun” is because he came to us in the 4th Millennium (the 4th day of creation). YaHuWaH also created the sun on the 4th day of creation. Messiah is also described as the “bright and morning star” which is the brightest star in the solar system (the sun). Now we know the reason why sun-god worship is a sin.
It is because Satan wants to take the place of Messiah by having people worship the “object” which is the sun itself rather than the one who created the sun. Messiah also comes from the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah) and Judah was the 4th son born to Jacob & Leah. Messiah was also crucified on the 4th day of the week (Wednesday).
There is a fine line between seeing our Messiah in metaphors within creation and worshiping those created things. In Romans 1:25 we are told to worship the Creator instead of the created things in nature.
THE CRUCIFIX IS AN OCCULT TALISMAN USED IN SATANISM
The Crucifix is used in Satanic Rituals and should NEVER be displayed by believers in any way, shape or form!
The crucifix denies the power of the resurrection and leaves our Messiah DEAD ON THE CROSS!
The Roman Catholic Mass is Blasphemy:
Vatican council page 102 states: “…for in the sacrifice of the Mass, our Lord is immolated.” Webster’s dictionary says: “immolate means to kill as a sacrificial victim.”
But scripture tells us: Hebrew 6:6 “…seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of Elohiym afresh and put him to an open shame.”
To crucify our Savior afresh is to put him to open shame!
LOUIS BOURDALOUE, a Jesuit Catholic priest who authored the book “The Passion of the Christ” was born at Bourges France in 1632. An excerpt of his book reveals that the Catholic Church “crucifies” our Master over and over again at each and every mass:
The passion of Jesus Christ, however sorrowful and ignominious it may appear to us, must nevertheless have been to Jesus Christ Himself an object of delight, since this God-man, by a wonderful secret of His wisdom and love, has willed that the mystery of it shall be continued and solemnly renewed in His Church until the final consummation of the world. For what is the Eucharist but a perpetual repetition of the Savior’s passion, and what has the Savior supposed in instituting it, but that whatever passed at Calvary is not only represented but consummated on our altars? That is to say, that He is still performing the functions of the victim anew, and is every moment virtually sacrificed, as though it were not sufficient that He should have suffered once; at least that His love, as powerful as it is free, has given to His adorable sufferings that character of perpetuity which they have in the Sacrament, and which renders them so salutary to us.
This is blasphemy! This Jesuit Priest readily admits that the Eucharist is a perpetual repetition of Messiah’s suffering!
If Yahuwshuwa (Jesus) is still performing the functions of the victim anew, and is at every moment virtually sacrificed as though it were not sufficient that he should have suffered once, then why were his last words on the cross “It is finished?” And why does the word of Yah tell us that he “died unto sin once?”
The Greek translation for “finished” is tetelestai, which means, “paid in full.” The finality of Messiah’s finished work on the Taw (cross) has been confirmed by the tearing of the temple curtain that veiled the earthly sanctuary (the Holy of Holies) from sinful man, thus signifying that access to YaHuWaH Elohiym had been restored at that precise moment (Mark 15:38).
1994 Catholic Catechism:
#1366: “The Eucharist is thus a sacrifice because it represents [makes present] the sacrifice of the cross…and because it applies its fruit…the forgiveness of the sins we daily commit.”
#1367: “The sacrifice of Christ and the sacrifice of the Eucharist are one single sacrifice: the victim is one and the same: the same now offers through the ministry of priests, who then offered himself on the cross; only the manner of offering is different. In this divine sacrifice which is celebrated in the Mass, the same Christ who offered himself once in a bloody manner on the altar of the cross is contained and is offered in an unbloody manner.”
What is the point of Yahuwshuwa offering himself in an unbloody manner if he says that without the shedding of blood there is no remission for sin? It is the “shedding of his blood” that purged our sins:
Ibriym (Hebrews) 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
If the Catechism states that Yahuwshuwa (Jesus) must be offered daily for the sins we commit daily, yet it is done in an unbloody manner, then it is done in vain!
Romiym (Romans) 6:9-10 Knowing that Mashiyach being raised from the dead dies no more; death has no more dominion over him. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he lives, he lives unto Elohiym.
Messiah’s sacrifice on the Taw (cross) was a “once and for all” event able to atone for our past, present and future sins! Here, scripture shows us that under the Briyth Chadashah (Renewed Covenant), Yahuwshuwa does not have to “offer himself often” as the Catholic Catechism falsely teaches:
Ibriym (Hebrews) 9:25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest enters into the holy place every year with blood of others.
Ibriym (Hebrews) 9:26-28 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world has he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself… So Mashiyach was once offered to bear the sins of many…
The Inverted Cross: Symbol of the Anti-Messiah
Pictured here is Pope John Paul II in March of 2000 in Kerazim, Yisra’el. You will notice that he is seated on a throne with an inverted cross!
This is a precursor to the “Abomination of Desolation” spoken of by Daniel the prophet.
The excuse that the Vatican uses for displaying an upside down cross is that according to “tradition” the Apostle Keefa (Peter), whom they falsely teach was the first pope was crucified upside down. There is no record in scripture of Keefa (Peter) having ever been crucified much less upside down. This myth of Peter’s “upside down” crucifixion is a concoction of Origen who was a Gnostic, and secretly a worshiper of the “sun-god.”
I believe this “tradition” is merely a smoke-screen in order to use the upside down cross while keeping the Catholic people unsuspecting. Yahuwshuwa told Keefa (Peter) that he would die for the glory of Elohiym. One could merely speculate that he was referring to crucifixion because of the choice of words he uses here: “thou shalt stretch forth thy hands.” Yet Messiah said “another shall gird thee” meaning another person would “dress” him since he would be too old and feeble to dress himself.
When Yahuwshuwa said that Peter would be “carried where he would not want to go,” the scriptures indicate that this signified what death Peter would suffer. It is possible that Peter died a martyr for his faith, yet there is no evidence of his crucifixion much less “upside down”:
Yahuwcanon (John) 21:18-19 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, When you were young, you girded yourself, and walked where you would: but when you shall be old, you shall stretch forth your hands, and another shall gird you, and carry you wherever you would not.” This spoke he, signifying by what death he should glorify Elohiym.
In reality the Apostle Keefa (Peter) was called to preach to the Jews, while it was the Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) who was called to preach to the Gentiles in Rome. Peter had never even been to Rome (although the Vatican falsely claims to have the bones of Saint Peter).
The idea that the Apostle Keefa (Peter) was the first Pope (meaning father in Latin) is of course a myth.
In reality the persona behind this “first Pope” is none other than the man called “Simon Pater” the magician and sorcerer whom the Apostle Keefa (Peter) rebuked for his attempt to purchase the gift of the Holy Spirit for money (Acts 8:20).
The name “Pater” in Latin means “father” and the term “pappas” (Pope) is the word in Greek for “Father,” hence the idea that every Pope should be called “Holy Father” is against our Messiah’s commandment (Matthew 23:9).
It is noteworthy to mention, that if the upright cross is a pagan symbol, then why does Satan need to invert it? It should be pagan enough as an upright symbol—right? But the fact that Satan always does things backwards and upside down or opposite of what YaHuWaH does, it stands to reason that if Messiah’s symbol is the Taw (cross), then Satan’s symbol is the very same one only upside down and distorted!
The Distorted Disfigured Crucifix
After his father died, Constantine felt that he was the rightful heir to his father’s throne, but Maxentius was also in line to take the throne as the next Emperor of Rome. So in 312 A.D., on October 28th at the Stone Milvian Bridge at the Tiber River, Constantine’s enemy, Maxentius and his army stood between Constantine and the throne. As Constantine and his troops were greatly outnumbered, tradition says that Constantine saw a vision of a “cross” in the sky as he heard the words “in this sign conquer.”
This is an amazing discovery in light of Revelation 6:2, as the Antichrist riding a white horse goes forth conquering:
Chazown (Revelation) 6:2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
The “bowed crucifix” carried by the Pope is deliberately bent to associate him with the rider on the white horse of Revelation 6:2, and this “bow” is symbolic for Nimrod who was a mighty hunter.
And so the “bow” is used to symbolize the Antichrist as well. Constantine was one of the “historical”Antichrists in that he mingled “Christianity” with paganism. As a result of this “vision” he claimed to have been converted to “Christianity.”
However, the “cross” which Constantine saw in the sky was actually an Egyptian “Ankh”, which is a detestable idol to YaHuWaH. This Egyptian “Ankh” came from the recycled ancient Babylonian religion of Nimrod and Semiramis. It symbolized the sun-god “Baal” (“Horus” in Egypt) and in Rome, this same deity was called “Sol.” Below is pictured the cross that Constantine claimed to have seen in the sky:
This is an Egyptian Ankh. The “upside down egg” is a symbol of the fertility goddess, and Tammuz is the reincarnation (supposedly) of Nimrod, one of the many different sun-gods, wherein his symbol later became a capital “T.”
On top of the capitol “T,” the loop is symbolic for his mother/wife Semiramis who gave herself the title “the goddess of the moon” or “the Queen of Heaven” (Jeremiah 7 & 44). While Constantine claimed to be converted to Christianity, he still secretly worshiped the sun-god.
A Pattern of Prayer in the Tabernacle Entrances
Exodus 38:18-19, Exodus 36:37-38, Exodus 36:35-36
There were three entrances into the Tabernacle of Moses:
The Gate – The Door – The Veil
The Truth – The Way – The Life
Yahuwchanon (John) 14:6 יהושׁוע Yahuwshuwa said to him, “I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
The Tabernacle is a picture of Messiah’s body being crucified for us.
The bride is “the body of Messiah.” In Revelation 1:20 Yahuwshuwa has the seven menorah’s (lamp-stands) in his right hand. The seven lamp-stands are “the seven assemblies” (set apart ones, the bride). This is where his right hand was stretched out and nailed. And this is where the lamp-stand is located in the tabernacle (on the right side).
His feet are like bronze in Revelation 3:18 and the bronze altar is at the bottom of the tabernacle (where his feet were). His feet symbolize “crushing the serpent’s head with his heel.” The “Holy of Holies” is where his face is. We see him face to face when we are in the “Holy of Holies.” The table of show-bread is in his left hand (the hidden manna in Revelation 3:17), the altar of incense is at his heart which symbolizes worship.
Revelation 5:8 tells us that the “incense is the prayers of the saints” and this means that the bride (his body) worships from the heart (where his heart would’ve been positioned on the cross). The “bronze laver” is where the water gushed out of his side!
The Tabernacle of Mosheh is in the shape of a cross, and it represents Messiah’s Body and his bride is his body:
1st Qorintiym (Corinthians) 12:27 Now you are the body of Mashiyach, and members in particular.
The bride is also the New Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), but YaHuWaH himself and the Lamb collectively make up the temple:
Chazown (Revelation) 21:
2 And I Yahuwchanon (John) saw the holy city, New Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), coming down from Elohiym out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of Elohiym is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and Elohiym himself shall be with them, and be their Elohiym.
9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife…..
22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Master YaHuWaH
יהוה Ěl Shaddai and the Lamb are the temple of it.
The Two Sons: Ephrayim & Yahuwdah

In the story of the prodigal son, the older son represents the Two Southern Tribes of Yahuwdah (Judah) & Benyamin. But the younger son represents the Ten Northern Tribes of Ephrayim.

When Ephrayim came back home to the Father and his commandments (Towrah), the Father gave him 3 things:

1.) The fatted calf (red heifer for cleansing, atonement)
2.) The ring (signet ring or signature, the name, authority, power of attorney)
3.) The robe (wedding garment, covering, provision)
Luqas (Luke) 15:
18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before you,
19 And am no more worthy to be called your son: make me as one of your hired servants.
20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight, and am no more worthy to be called your son.
22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew near to the house, he heard musick and dancing.
As you can see here, the fatted calf is for Ephrayim because Ephrayim is called a heifer in Hoshea’s prophecy.

This is why the symbol of the “Alef” is the symbol of the bull or the ox. Thus, the Alef & Taw is for Ephrayim the prodigal son. Once the prodigal sons receive atonement for their sins, the Father will give them his name YaHuWaH as a “ring” on their finger (symbolic of an engagement ring). And then he will also give them a robe or a wedding garment as a covering in order to get into the wedding.
The Alef & Taw is prophetically a picture of Messiah because it is the ox head (the red heifer) which sanctifies the altar of our hearts. It is also the Taw which represents two sticks or two trees for the two houses of Yisra’el (Ephraiym & Yahuwdah).
Yahuwshuwa Messiah laid down his life for both Yahuwdiy (Jew) and Gentile that he might join both unto himself by his once and for all sacrifice on the “two sticks.” In other words, he is the Alef & the Taw, the Red Heifer nailed to Two Trees in order to gather the Two Houses of Yisra’el from the foundations of the world!

“The Great Secret of Solomon’s Temple and the Hiding of the Ark of the Covenant.”

The dry blood of the Risen MESSIAH, Yahushua has been found on the Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covenant. It is in a cave below a crucifixion site near the Garden Tomb. This is true and will hit the mass media in the near future.

Ron Wyatt has made many discoveries pertaining to the scripture. All things will be revealed in their time. Yahuwah takes no pleasure in what He must do to those who do not believe in Him. All of mankind was created by Yahuwah, as sure as these Scriptures are true. So will the Ark of the Covenant be revealed in it’s time. None will be without excuse, when He comes back for His people

Prayerfully Arranged Marriage

Written Date: Wed, 18 Feb 2009

The amazing story of  the ” Answered Prayer ” below reminds me of Ms Heloise in Asia (and others as well) who has been faithfully keeping me in her intercessory prayers for more than 17 years now (as of Feb 2009).  While reading the story, I am also impressed in my spirit that Eyd had divinely received his salvation at the end of 1997, as YAHUWAH had him in His magnificent plan such that he was being prepared to be my ” future ” husband at that time when my own life was utterly broken to pieces. . .
A spoken prophecy of YAHUWAH came to me in the beginning of the year 2001 through Pastor Prince that YAHUWAH was already preparing someone for me, and that I shall be remarried as part of  the total restoration of my life.  My personal life was crushed when Satan was given entrance into it, wherein he stole everything from me, nearly destroying me in the process.   As a result, I had started my prayer vigil for this ” unknown brother “ in YAHUWAH, as well as for the rest of the restoration that YAHUWAH had promised!
For the second time, in the year 2005 September, YHWH urged me strongly that I needed to take action and travel to the USA and attend MCWE Conference.   He had also sent a prophetic Evangelist Pastor John Koh to Singapore at the time of my birthday to announce to me that the 8th year had come, and that I should demand that “the King is to restore all that was mine . .[2 Kings 8: 6; Joel 225]:.   I had been a single mother during my famine season, and that this time was now over.
In the Year 2006 during the time of my birthday again, our Messiah Yahushua said that I shall meet my future husband in Israel, and also that I must sell all my belongings and give to His Reign (Kingdom) and live by emunah (faith); eat at His table…… and that He had a new mission / an assignment for me.   He also said that I must get ready to fulfill my high-calling to be an end-time financier ministering only unto Him in advancing the Reign (Kingdom) of YHWH in this season.   The Master continued and said  ”that I shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the Name of YAHUWAH my Aloahiym, that had dealt wondrously with me and I shall never be in shame [Joel 2: 26]. “
And I did meet Ed on a trip to Israel organized by MCWE in 2007.  Although we met at the beginning and during the course of the ministry tour, it was on the plane returning to New York City that I got to know him somewhat.   Without any clue from YAHUWAH then, I did not give him my contact number nor did we even shake each other’s hand throughout the trip with the thought that our meeting was coincidental and temporary; we were only passing by each other at this time in our lives.  .  .
However, after we had collected our luggage and said goodbye to another,  I turned away in a different direction.  Immediately, a huge drop of  “Liquid Love” like a small water balloon fell on my head heavily, smoothly, swiftly,  and evenly, then slipping down into my heart.  This was a physical sensation that had manifested from the Ruach.  I was temporarily stunned and felt as if a strong refreshing cleansing process of my soul had begun.  Moreover, it washed away all my past memories of romance within seconds.  Then I saw and felt the supernatural hand of a messenger on my forehead “ wiping away past memories and even current emotions for anybody else.”   I was lost in a ” clean yet transparent ” state of being in JFK International Airport in NYC with only that last deep, penetrating gaze from Eyd floating in my mind and my heart.    Since those moments in the airport, I was suddenly immersed into a burning wave of heat of the Set Apart Spirit and totally drunk in the Ruach Ha Qodesh (Spirit) every day as I praised and worshiped before YAHUWAH for that whole month.  Following my return to NYC, I was staying with a Jewish couple on Staten Island across from the City
An excerpt from my journal:
” YahnEl, can you live within the fire? ” Who among us can live with the consuming fire?” (Isa 33:14)
Father, I cannot wish for painful experiences, but I can wish for you. Give me the Favor to desire you more than life itself.
Thus, YHWH declared Himself unto me as these fiery fire assailed me: ” The Fire of My Set Apartness, The Fire of My Love, The Fire of My Compassion, The Fire of My Esteem and Honor, The Fire of My Prudent Understanding, The Fire of My Knowledge, The Fire of My Zeal, The Fire of My Purity…….” The projectiles of YHWH’s Fire were to purify and to intensify our spiritual perception.( Eph1:18)
YHWH is a consuming fire (Duet4:24). By His Word, He burns up the refuse in us, the dross and the chaff; and infuses the remainder with the burning purity of His Love. (Jer23:29, Matt3:11-12, He12:27-29) The fire of YHWH must burn within the inner person( spiritual heart and human spirit (1Pet 3:4) as well as the outer person (2 Cor4:16) of the soul expressed through the body.
Song 8:6 Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave: the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame.
Jer31:3 YHWH hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.
“Yes, YHWH my Master, Yahushua my Love, make me a burning flame of Love for You..Your Divine Love is the very flame of Fire, The Burning, All Consuming, Everlasting Passion of Your Heart…Song 8:7  Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it! Grant me your Word in Eph3:16-20, help me to walk the path that you have invited me into as your prayer in John 17; Yes, help me to walk with you all the way through as you have prayed, in Oneness with you here on earth. phil3:14
Simultaneously, Eyd and I started our communications by phone calls and emails…it has never been stopped for a day until now; YHWH has finally brought us together in marriage after enduring various trials and tests over the  past one year of geographic separation….(At that one year,  I was ministering to YHWH in Asia and Eyd was in the USA.) YHWH has divinely arranged us to have our wedding on the 20th of Dec.2008. ( Again, it is the 8th year after the first prophecy of my new marriage is spoken unto me. )
Let me offer this as one of the praise reports that testifying YAHUWAH, our Aloahiym who is trustworthy and true, He looks over His word ( His promises unto us) to perform it. YHWH  has all of the yesterdays, todays and tomorrows of  our life in His hand; if we will just trust Him ( His Word ), He will get us through the darkest hours into the light of His unmerited favors where true shalom and joy prevail.
It is my honor to share this testimony with you. Thank you for supporting me as your sister in prayers for years, your friendship is highly cherished and appreciated. Be assured that you are also in my prayers always.
Shalom of YHWH be you always,
YahnEl Stephenson
Re: An Answered Prayer
“The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much” (James 5:16). James Rutz, author of MegaShift, tells a wonderful” story of YAH’s supernatural hand in answering prayer.
“I have a good friend named Barclay Tait who sells vacation real estate in Niceville, Florida. Back in 1977, he was a 36-year-old Florida basketball coach. That summer, he decided to hitch-hike to a Christian conference in Front Royal, Virginia. Arriving four days early, he went to a nearby forest and pitched his tent by a stream. On the last day, a tall, thin hiker with a notebook under his arm suddenly appeared, startling him as he read his Bible. Barclay explained that he came out there to fast and meditate. Dave, the hiker, replied, “Well, I’m an intercessor. What would you like me to pray for?” Feeling somewhat overwhelmed, Barclay said, “Uh, frankly, I’d like prayer for a wife.” The man wrote the request in his notebook and walked on. By 1988, Barclay, now married to Sherry, has been divinely guided to move to Asheville, North Carolina. A chance encounter in the Holiday Inn parking lot led to an invitation to join a gathering of a Christian group outside of town. Arriving just before the 7:00 P.M. meeting, the host walks in from the kitchen and stops dead in his tracks. “I know you!” he exclaims, pointing his finger. “You’re Barclay Tait!” Barclay draws a blank. “Just a minute. I have something I want to show you,” the host announces. He scampers upstairs, leaving the puzzled Taits standing in the middle of the suddenly hushed room. In a moment the host reappeared with a well-worn ledger book. “See here? This is where I wrote your prayer request in column one when I met you in Front Royal in 1977: ‘Barclay Tait: Elohim’s choice for a wife.'” Barclay looked down at the journal entry. It was the most detailed, methodical prayer journal he’d ever seen. “I prayed for you for seven years,” proclaims Dave. “Then in the middle of the night on Dec. 30, 1984, Elohim woke me up out of a sound sleep and said, ‘Write in your journal, “Prayer answered.” So I did. See? Here in column two, “Prayer answered.'” Barclay and Sherry look at each other with their mouths open. They sat down, and their eyes fill with tears. Quietly, Barclay tells Dave, “That was the day we were married.”

Jan 2010 . . . Open Vision on a Mountain Top

(Taken from Part 2 Vol 1 of the Man Child Book –Rev 12:5)

https://man-child.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/3-1-2014-PDF-Part-2-Vol-1-Only-First-Draft.pdf
While still visiting with the prayer group in Indianapolis, the entire group of seven of us left to attend a conference in Dallas, TX. During this time, Yahn EL had an Open Vision in a prophetic dream state: She was on a mountain top with many people outdoors standing in a line for a photo to be taken for identification purposes. There was a cool, gentle breeze blowing, with an atmosphere of excitement and exhilaration amongst the various people, who were representative of believers from all nations. When Yahn EL’s turn came to step forward to be photographed, there was actually no photographer present. She turned to face the mountains and flashed her best smile for whatever picture was supposedly being taken. The next second, she heard an acrimonious outcry from all the people in the crowd pursuant to the sudden display of the individual respective identity photographs that had suddenly become visible.
To Yahn EL’s surprise, she turned her head and saw that the identity photos were giant, poster- sized head shots highlighting the face and features of each person, akin to a promotional glamour shot of some Hollywood movie star. The poster sized photos were traveling slowly as if in a parade by some invisible process across the scene but in front of the audience with the mountains in the background. Yahn EL knew (in her mind in the dream) that the assigned number of her photo was the number “9”; therefore, she looked for this number in the sequential line up of these posters. To her astonishment, when her “numbered” identity picture came before her, her poster-sized photo was blank and without any image on it!
She wondered to herself: “What does this mean? Is it that I have no identity? How do I tell people who I am, if I have no self-image (identity)?” At the sight of this, Yahn EL began to worry and was confused as to what she saw. Instantly, the voice of Yahushua came to her: “My beloved, do not be afraid, your identity is hidden in me.” Yahn EL then woke up with the profound statement from her dream that Yahushua had spoken into her inner spirit [Col 2:20; 3:3; Gal 2:20].
About 2 months later, Yahn EL and I were departing from where we had been staying. Very early on that particular morning of our departure, she was again asleep and suddenly found herself in the same dream as related above; on the same mountain top and experiencing a continuation beginning at the point that she had awakened earlier in the dream the first time.
This mountain top, resembling a tourist site was filled with people; and she heard animated and vivid chattering of voices all over the mountain. Suddenly Yahushua spoke to her: “See, My beloved.” Immediately, Yahn EL’s eyes were opened and she saw and perceived a magnificent scene in front of her [John 20:8]. There were many, many more posters now crossing industriously and actively all over the range of the mountains. The Ruach opened her spiritual vision [2 Kings 6:17] to focus on different locations throughout the mountain range where there were various groups of enemy combatants hidden in the woods behind the trees and bushes. They were armed with many different types of weapons and devices targeting the giant posters crossing in front of them all over the mountains. Some threw fire darts towards the targets; some were shooting arrows; and some throwing knives’ and some firing other weapons with the intent to destroy the moving targets. As long as they could identify the poster, then the individual that was the subject of the photo could be targeted. Then Yahushua spoke again to Yahn EL: “Now you see, My beloved, you are safe when you are hidden in Me“ [Psalm 91:1-10; 27:5; 31:20; ].
When Yahn EL awoke and shared the dream with me, we both instinctively knew that YAHUWAH had been keeping the two of us in obscurity for our own protection since then and even now [Psalm 32:7; 52:8; others]. Moreover, He has declared this to us repeatedly and emphatically ever since this dream of Yahn EL’s.
In 2013, it was brought to our attention the Hebrew meaning of our last name, Stephenson, which literally means “son” of Stephen. Stephen is a more modern English translation of the Greek Stephanos, [Strong’s G4736, G4735] taken from Zephaniah, which is derived from the Hebrew name of Tzephanyah, one of the First Covenant prophets [Strong’s No. H6846, taken from No. H6845 and H3050]. Together, this name means “ . . . hidden in YAH”. Upon the realization of the meaning of our last name, and what Yahn EL’s dream held for us in a prophetic sense, our walk with Aloahiym has consistently allowed us to successfully tackle challenges to our respective emunah in ways that clearly demonstrate the depth and substance of the above referenced Psalms, as well as other Scriptures, which openly command us to depend and trust on YAHUWAH with all of our spirit and soul, without qualifications and without excuses [Matt 10:28; Jer 5:21-23; Isa 66:5; others]. Fundamentally, a true believer both accepts and believes the Word of Aloahiym, or they don’t. Anything to the contrary violates Scripture [Mark 11:22-24; Matt 17:20; Heb 3:17-19; James 1:6-8, 22-25; others].
The following is a comparison of Acts 6:8 in the KJV and The Restoration Scriptures regarding the name . . . Stephen:
Acts 6:8 (The Restoration Scriptures) And Tzephanyah, full of emunah and power, did great wonders and nisim (miracles) among the people.
Act 6:8 (KJV) And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.
As just mentioned, the meaning of the dream had more to do than just our physical protection. It also includes our entire spiritual being. One of our most sincere requests in prayer and worship is to remain hidden within Him so as to be taken into the Most Qodosh Place, where no part of our flesh (our identity . . . our carnal nature) is allowed to exist apart from YAHUWAH.
Our choices must be according to our sovereign Master Yahushua’s choices [John 5:30; Prov 16:3]. He commands us to come; to abide in His Presence [John 15: 2-7; Phil 2:12]. Moreover, we must be violent to press into His Presence and give no occasion or excuses of submitting to the flesh [Matt 11:12; Psalm 16:11; Phil 3:3, 18-19; others]. For the average person, this is obviously quite difficult at first, but after a while, one gets the hang of it with practice.
However, Scripture declares that as we have been grafted into the House of Israel [Matt 10:6; 15:24; Rom 11:17-24; Heb 8:8,10] and therefore subject to the law (instructions of the Torah) of the Ruach of life (hai) that is in, and of, Yahushua [Matt 5: 17-18; John 4: 23-24; Rom 8:1-2; others] and is fulfilled by Yahushua within the individual’s spirit, then our soul [Rom 12:2] and our body [Rom 12:1; 1 Cor 3:16] is empowered in, with, and through the power of the Ruach of YAHUWAH [Phil 3:21; 1 Cor 15: 42-44]. Thus, this is His resurrection power and not that of our own [Eph 1:17-20] that strengthens us [Phil 3:10; 4:13; 2 Pet 1: 3-4; Rom 1:4; Col 3:3; others]. Thus, this is the message of total surrender in order to be hidden in YAHUWAH.

YHWH loves

Today we visited with the homeless.

While grieving from many losses over the past week, we knew that to get out and go downtown, would be the best thing for us. Maneuvering through all of the road construction, we finally came to the first stop. There we saw Charles laying up against a wall, waiting for the food truck to arrive. We were surprised to see him there since the last we heard he had gotten into an apartment. I got out and went over to sit next to him. Charles is an elderly black man, with such a kind spirit about him. I asked him what happened with the apartment, and he said he was still living there but was out doing his laundry, as the apartment building doesn’t have a laundry facility. We talked about his hometown and other things until the food truck arrived. This man always seems to lift our spirits. He is so simple, gentle and full of the love of Abba.

Our second stop was at the men’s dormitory. There we saw David, a rough biker kind of guy that always refuses to accept the handouts we have with verses on them. I said to him, “Hi David, how are you today?” And he said, “…you remembered my name—though I forgot yours.” I told him it was ok if he forgot my name. So I told him again what it was. As he stood in the line for food, I asked him if he wanted an encouraging word. Of course, as always, before I ever got the chance to give him the handout, he said, “NO!”

As David got his food and prepared to go back upstairs, I told him to have a good day, and he said, “I will! Thank you, Derek!” David seems to be the kind of man who has been hardened in life by circumstances, and that the only way to reach him is by living out the kindness and joy of Abba in front of him. In David’s case…seeing is believing. Since we live in the heart of the religious belt of the Country, I can see why there are many bitter people towards anyone who “proclaims” they know Messiah. People say they know Him, yet they live double lives. They say they know Him, yet have nothing to do with people. How does one profess to have a relationship with the Creator, yet hate people? Sometimes, I wonder if we are doing anything good by going downtown to visit the homeless, yet who knows how many have been touched by the smile of Abba through us? For this reason, we keep going.

It was right before I saw David in the line, that I saw a man whom we had prayed with twice—two weeks ago. As I was going down the line and passing out Psalm 121, I looked up and saw James standing there. I knew it was him because we had prayed with him at the third stop, near the Mission, where the larger group of homeless gather for food, and to receive clothing. Two weeks ago, as I had the car rear-hatch open, while distributing clothes, a man came up and asked us for prayer. He really needed prayer and seemed uninterested in the clothes we were passing out. That morning, before we left to go downtown, we had asked Abba to send us people who really needed a touch through prayer.

At that moment, I turned to listen to this man talk about his needs and to explain about his situation. We found out he was a pastor and had a family. He was looking for work and I believe he mentioned something about him and his wife’s relationship. After ministering and sharing with him a while, Rivkah came over and we began praying with him. Later on, right before we left that day, he came back over to us and we continued fellowshipping. I prayed with him again and once I finished, he thanked us. He said he had received what he came for. We wrote his name down to pray for him later in the week.

Today, Abba knew we needed some encouragement ourselves. When I saw that man, James, I asked him how things were going. He said that same day, the day we prayed for him two weeks prior, he received a phone call with a job offer. In fact, he said, not only does he have that job, but a second one as well. He also said since we had prayed, that he and his wife are getting back together and that the things we prayed for concerning his daughter were happening. We praised Abba right there and thanked Him for answering our prayers. James is working now to get out of the men’s dormitory, and that he was there only temporary.

We wanted to share this quick testimony with each of you and remind you that Abba hears us when we cry out to Him. He hears and answers us when we call to Him. Sometimes we may not always receive the kind of answers we are seeking, but most certainly, all will work out for His good purpose and will. This is something we all have to learn, as we too are learning it ourselves. He is always looking to achieve the ‘higher good’ in people’s lives–including ours.

What a joy it was to fellowship, minister to, and to pray with people today. From the large, tall and gentle man who looks like the way Yochanan (John) the Immerser would have looked, to the lady who got so excited talking about the love of God with us, we have grown to love the precious times we have with these people who have nothing else to give to us but their simple, human need to be wanted and loved. What other privilege is there in life but to be used to give a spark of hope to someone who has nearly given up wondering if life was really worth living or not. If the King of heaven came down from above, and washed this servant’s filthy feet, then what else have I to do but to imitate such great love?

Oh…what kind of love is this—of such a One Who saw beyond my repulsiveness, picked me up off the trash pile, and set my feet upon a rock?

If I but fail to show, any less, this kind of love to others, then please Abba, throw me back upon the trash heap you once took me from!

To You be all the praise—for You still answer prayers today!

Shalom, with love,

Derek and Rivkah

P.S. For all of you who have given both monetary and handmade donations to help the homeless–THANK YOU! We are in the process of getting the things they need such as, personal clothing items (new underwear, socks) and backpacks. We have had quite a mild winter here this season, so with all of the clothing donations we have received from Rivkah’s school and our apartment building, we are able to use the monetary donations towards the great need of personal clothing items. When we have finalized all of the purchasing, we will share pictures on our blog of the love each of you has shown towards helping the cause of the needy.

Once again, Thanks to each of you! It has blessed us more than we could ever express. This work…has changed our lives forever!

In the whole land, says YHWH, two thirds will be cut off and perish, and one third will be left alive. And I will put this third into the fire, and refine them as one refines silver, and test them as gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will answer them. I will say, “These are my people!”And they will say, “YHWH is my Elohay!” Zekaryah 13:8,9

6 About the Odes _____________________________________

THE ODES OF SHALOME is generally known as The Odes of Solomon. At least one of the Odes is directly attributed to Shalome, the disciple/sister of Yahushua Messiah, in an early witness 1.

Internal evidence of female authorship includes frequent recitals of the Most High’s feminine aspects 2.

Reading evokes the pen of a woman of great emunah/believe and spiritual clarity. Trustworthy contemporary scholars tell us that

(1) The original language of the Odes is Aramaic – the language of the Messiah and the sect of the Nazoreans 3,

(2) The origin of the Odes may be Edessa in Adiabene – a sanctuary land for persecuted followers of the Messiah 4,

(3) There is affinity between the language, sentiment, and theology in the Odes, the Besorah/ Good News According to John, and the Dead Sea Scrolls,

(4) The Odes do not contain Gnostic concepts or New Testament quotations.

(5) Since all the Odes end with HalleluYah! and water is mentioned throughout, these songs may have been utilized in the early baptismal liturgies of Nazorean assemblies.

Recent archaeological discoveries point to The Besorah According to John as originating in the second half of the first century.

The similarities between John and the Odes indicate they may be contemporaneous compositions arising from the same community. Let us then assume that The Odes of Shalome constitutes the earliest Nazorean hymnbook. As such, this compilation repositions the Odes in their original setting, rewording and reworking them to make their meaning more authentic than existing scholarly or ‘churchy’ translations.

Footnotes:

1 In the Pistis Sophia, early 2nd century. Shalome receives mention in Mark 16:1.

2 Master YHWH (MarYah) is almost identical to the name M-a-r-i-a or Mary.

3 Nazoreans = followers of Yahushua the Anointed once known as ‘Jesus Christ.’

4 According to Eusebius Eccles. History and the Letters of Abgar. 7

Shalome in Scripture _____________________________________

The Besorah of Mark 10:46 (lacuna restored from Secret Mark): Then Yahushua came into Yericho. The sister of the young man whom Yahshua cherished was there with his mother and Shalome, but Yahshua would not receive them.

The Besorah of Mark (15:40 – 16:3): There were women looking on from a distance, among whom were Maria Magdala, Maryah the mother of the younger Ya’akov the Younger, Yahushua and Shalome; who, when Yahushua was in Galilee, followed him and served him.5 It was preparation day; Yosef of Arimathea, an honest councilor, who was also looking for the Reign of Elohim, went in boldly to Pilatus asking for Yahushua’s body. Pilatus wondered if Yahushua were already dead. Calling the centurion to him, he inquired if he had been dead any time. Thus learning from the centurion, Pilatus gave the corpse to Yosef. Yosef bought linen, took him down, wrapped him in the linen, and laid him in a tomb hewn from rock, and rolled a stone to the door of the tomb. Maria Magdala and Yahushua’s mother Maryah saw where he was laid. When the Shabbat had passed, Maria Magdala and Maryah the mother of Ya’aqov and Shalome bought herbs, so they might gather to anoint him. They came to the tomb early on the first of the week, the sun having risen. They said among themselves, Who will roll the stone away from the door of the tomb for us?

The (Greek) Besorah of the Egyptians: The Mar said, Eat any herb but the bitter one. For I have come to undo the consequences of greed, birth, and aging. Shalome said, When will we all know these things have been undone? The Mar answered, When the rags of shame have been put underfoot – when two become echad – when maleness and femaleness are no longer clearly perceived. Then Shalome asked, How long will death have power? The Mar answered, As long as women have children. Salome replied, It is a good thing that I have not begotten any children!6

The Besorah of Thomas: Shalome asks, Who are you, Mari, that you have taken your place on my bench and eaten from my table? Yahushua replies, I am He Who Is of Echad. Whatever belongs to the Father has been given to me.7 Shalome replies, And I, I am your talmid! Yahshua answers, When the talmid is Echad, he will be filled with light; but if he is divided, he will be filled with darkness.

NOTE: According to the Egyptian Besorah (remembering that Yahushua’s family had ties in Egypt), there were several female talmidim – gender made little difference among these Nazoreans, and both genders of talmidim were considered as ‘he.’

5 MarYah means Master YHWH and is the Aramaic equivalent of the Tetragrammaton YHWH. Mar means Master or Sovereign, and Mari means My Master. Marya, Maria, Mariam, Mariamne are also common names of a women.

6 Quoted from Egyptian Clement, meaning, As long as children are born, all will die.

7 Echad – John 12:49, 13:3, 17:11; Given to me – John 3:35, 5:22, 10:29, 13:3 etc.8

The Odes of Shalome _________________________________________

1. Crown

(Talmid8 ): MarYah9 is on my head like a crown, and I will never be without Him. This crown of truth is plaited upon me; it is rooting Your branches so as to blossom forth in me. This is not like a thirsty crown that does not bloom; for You live on my head, and have bloomed on me. Your fruits are full and ripe; they are bursting forth with Yeshuati. 10 Halleluyah.

2. Wreath11

(Talmid): Yah, upon my head, a wreath; I will ever dwell beneath. Plaited orb of verity, branch’d and blossoming in me. Not a dry crown nor a dead, but a thriving on my head – Sprouting grapes, so ripe and rife: Bleeding Fruit who saves my life. O, dear Father, may You be ever growing as a tree: Shooting forth from this poor flesh Many fruits, diverse and fresh. On my head, a royal crown; on my body, as a gown; On my feet for all to see: You are woven over me. When the earth shakes or the sea threatens to bring harm to me, I need nevermore contend; Knowing my life has no end. O, dear Mother, ever be favorably/graciously adorning me; Nourishing my evergreen Spirit-fruits, diverse and clean.9

Footnotes:
8 The odes are sung in the voice of the talmid (the student) or the yedid (the Beloved). Voices will be labeled Talmid or Yedid. In the audio book, the talmid is spoken in a female voice, and the yedid in a male voice.
9 MarYah = the Aramaic expression of the sacred name YHWH. YAH is a poetic abbreviation (Ps. 68:4). In translation, MarYah means, Sovereign Yahweh or Master Yahweh. The title is ambiguous; MarYah may refer to either the Father or the Son.
10 Yeshuati = my salvation and my Yahushua – double meaning throughout.
11 The original Ode 2 is lost. Our Ode 2 is a resetting of Ode 1. The responses in this volume have been composed by the publisher.

3. Favor

(Talmid): I am putting on my Father’s favor for He loves me. His bacharim12 are with Him; I am dependent upon them. (O, He loves me!) I would not have known how to love MarYah had He not loved me since forever. Who is able to distinguish love, except the one who is loved? I love the Beloved, even I myself love Him, and where His Sabbath rests, there rest I also. I will be no stranger, because MarYah, the El Shaddai, 13 the Compassionate One; He is not jealous over me; for I am yachad in Him. 14 The lover has found the Beloved. I love Him, He who is the Son. So I will become a son. The One with the Eternal will surely be eternal. Likewise, the one who enjoys Life will live. This is the Ruach of MarYah, who is not false, who teaches the children of humankind to know His ways.15 Be wise and understanding; and be awakened. Halleluyah.

4. Space

(Talmid): No one is able to distort Your sacred space, Eli; nor may anyone change it or put it somewhere else. 16 The other one has no power against it, because You designed Your refuge even before You made any other special spaces. The Ancient One will not be distorted by His inferiors. You have given Your heart, O MarYah, to Your Tzadikim. 17 Never will You be idle or fruitless: for one hour of Your faithfulness excels all days and years. Who will clothe themselves with Your favor yet be rejected? Your seal is well known, and Your creatures are known by it. Your myriads have it; and in it the bachar-malachim are clothed.

You have given us Your fellowship; not that You were in need of us, but that we are ever in need of You. Sprinkle Your gentle sprinklings upon us and open Your prolific springs that supply us with milk and honey in abundance. You have no regrets (even if You should regret anything You promised), since the ends were apparent to You beforehand. What You gave, You freely gave. You will no longer draw them back or take them up again. For as Elohim, all was apparent to You and was set in order before You from the very beginning. And You, O MarYah, have made it all. Halleluyah.

FootNotes:
12 Bacharim = chosen ones; the elect. Bachar malachim = chosen messengers.
13 El Shaddai = The most high Elohim, El Elyon. Shaddai may also refer to the feminine characteristic of the Almighty to nurture and nourish.
14 Yachad, yahad, echad = the mystical union spoken of in the shema on the high priestly prayer of John 17. The oneness of the like-minded.
15 Ruach = spirit, wind, breath.
16 Eli (ail-EE) = my Strong One, Psalms 22, Matthew 27:46.
17 Tzadikim = those who are just and keep the commandments of YHWH.

5. Love

18 (Talmid): I praise You, O MarYah, because I love You. El Shaddai, do not forsake me, for You are my great Expectation! I received Your favor freely; now let me live by it. My persecutors will surely come. Let them not see me! Let a cloud of darkness fall on their eyes; let a haze of thick darkness hide them! Let them have no light to see so they cannot seize me. Let their designs become vain so whatever they have conspired will return upon their own heads. For they have devised a plan that was not for them. They prepared themselves in cruelty, but they were discovered to be powerless. Yea, my assurance is in MarYah. I will not fear. No, I will not fear for MarYah is El Yeshuati. 19 He is as a woven crown on my head, and I will not be shaken. Even if everything is shaken, I will stand firm. And even though all things visible should perish, I will not die; for MarYah is with me, and I am with Him. Halleluyah.

6. Wind

(Talmid): As the wind glides across the harp and the strings speak, the Ruach of MarYah speaks through my members, and I speak through His love. For He shatters whatever is not-of-me so that everything is of Him.

This is how it has been from the start, and will be until the end. So that nothing will deviate, and nothing will rise up against Him.

MarYah has multiplied his knowledge; He has been zealous to make known all that His favor has granted us. He gave us His name to praise, and our ruachim praise His Ruach haQodesh. 20

A stream went forth and became a great and broad river; in fact, it carried them all away, crushing them and bringing them to the Temple. The barriers built by men were not able to hold it back; nor the craft of those who always hold back water.

Yes, it spread over the surface of the entire world and filled all. Then all the thirsty in the world drank; thirst was quenched; the thirsty relieved; for El Shaddai provided the draught.

Great are those who serve the drink: all those who have been entrusted with His water.

They have refreshed the parched lips and aroused the paralyzed will. Even the living who were about to expire have been held back from death.

Shattered limbs have they set and restored. They gave strength for their future and light for their eyes. Everyone recognized these waters as MarYah’s own, and they remained beside the living water of the ages. Halleluyah.

18 This entire ode is attributed to ‘Salome’ in the Pistis Sophia 58:9.
19 Yeshuati = possible double meaning: my Yahushua and my Salvation.

7. Pathway

(Talmid): As anger makes its pathway over the Lawless, so is joy’s pathway over the Beloved: it harvests its fruits without hindrance. My joy is in MarYah, and my course is set toward Him; my pathway is beautiful! Indeed, there is a Helper for me – it is MarYah. He has generously shown Himself to me in His simplicity, for His kindness has diminished His dreadfulness.

He became like me so I could receive Him. He was measured like me in form so that I could wear Him. I did not tremble when I saw Him because He was courteous to me. His nature became like mine so I might comprehend Him. His figure became like mine so I might not turn away from Him.

The Father of knowledge is the Word of knowledge. He who created wisdom is wiser than His works. He created me when I knew not yet what I should do when I came into being. On account of this, He favored me in His rich charity. He allowed me to question Him and benefit from His sacrifice. He is incorruptible. He is the completion of the worlds; and he is their Father.

He has allowed Himself to appear to His own so they may identify Him as the One who made them, and not assume they came of themselves. He has set His path on the way to knowledge; he widened it and lengthened it and brought it to total completion. Over it, He suspended traces of His light. I walked there – from beginning to end. These things have come forth from Him as He was resting in the Son. And He will hold everything together by His saving acts.

El Shaddai will be known by Her Qadoshim: those who have songs to announce MarYah’s coming; those going out to meet Him, singing to Him with joy, and playing the harp of many notes. 21 Yea, the Seers will go before Him, and before Him they will be seen. They will praise MarYah in His love because He is near – and He does see! Hatred will be removed from the world along with jealousy – it will be drowned. Ignorance was destroyed in upon the arrival of MarYah’s Knowledge.

Let the singers sing about the favor of MarYah El Shaddai, and let them bring out their songs. Let their hearts be like the day; their gentle voices like MarYah’s majestic beauty. Let no one who breathes be without knowledge or voice. For He gave a mouth to His creation: to open the mouth’s voice to Him, and to praise Him; to confess His power and declare His favor. Halleluyah.

20 Qodesh, Qadosh = set-apart, devoted; in churchy language, holy.
21 The title Shaddai connotes feminine aspects of the Almighty: provider, nurturer. For more, please consult a modern theological encyclopedia.

8. Excitement

(Talmid): Open, open your hearts to the excitement of MarYah, and let your love abound from the heart to the lips. Bring forth fruits for MarYah – a devoted life –speaking in His light with care.

Rise up and stand straight, you who were sometimes brought low. And you who were in silence, speak out; for your mouth has been opened! You who were despised – from now-on be lifted, for your righteousness has been lifted! Indeed, MarYah’s right hand is with you, and He will be your Helper! Shalom has been prepared for you, going before you in what could have been your battle!

(Yedid): Hear the word of truth and receive the knowledge of El Shaddai! Your body may not understand what I am about to tell you; your clothing may not understand what I am about to show you. Keep My mystery, you who are kept by it! Keep My faith, you who are reserved by it! Understand My knowledge, you who know Me in truth! Love Me with affection, you who love!

I do not turn My face from My own; I know them! Even before they existed, I recognized them and imprinted a seal upon their faces. I fashioned their members, and My own breasts I prepared for them so they might drink My blessed milk and live by it.

I am pleased by them and am not ashamed of them; for they are My workmanship and the power of My ideas. Who is able to stand against My work? Or who is not subject to it? I willed then fashioned mind and heart, and they are My own. I have placed My Bacharim22 on My right hand. My righteousness goes before them and they will not be deprived of My name, for it is with them.

(Talmid): Pray and increase, and abide in the love of MarYah, all you who are loved in the Beloved – all you who are kept in Him who lives – all you who are saved in Him who saves. You will be found uncorrupted throughout all ages on account of the name of your Father. Halleluyah.

22 Bacharim – those whom I have chosen; the elect.

9. Ears

(Yedid): Open your ears and I will speak to you. Give yourself to Me so that I may give Myself back to you – even the word of MarYah and what He wants – even the pure idea He has thought concerning His Anointed. For your life is in the will of MarYah. His purpose is timeless life as your perfection is indestructible.

Be enriched in Elohim the Father and receive the purpose of El Shaddai for you. Be strong and redeemed by His favor. For I announce to you Qadoshim His shalom23 – so that none of those who hear will fall in battle – so that those who have known Him may not perish – so that those who received Him may not be ashamed.

Truth is an everlasting crown; blessed are the ones who plait it upon their heads. It is like precious stone; for the battles were on account of the crown! But Righteousness has taken it away from them and given it to you. Don the crown in MarYah’s true covenant, and all those who have conquered will be inscribed in His book. For the book is the reward of your successful triumph. She sees you there before her and wills you to be rescued. Halleluyah.

10. Lips

(Talmid): MarYah directed My lips with His Word and opened My heart with His Light. He made His abundant life to dwell within Me; He allowed Me to announce the fruit of His shalom to change the lives of all who want to come to Him, even as those who are caged up want to come to freedom.

I took courage and became strong. I captured the world; I owned its capture for the sake of the Shekinah of El Shaddai Elohim Avi. 24 (Yedid): The dispersed tribes were gathered in; I was not tainted by My love for them (though they praised Me in high places). Light-sparks showered their hearts; they walked in yahad with My life and were rescued. They became My people in the ages. Halleluyah.

23 Qadoshim .. shalom – set-apart .. in rest, by His choosing or theirs.
24 Elohim Avi – My Strong Father, speaking of the Mighty One of Israel.

11. Fruit

(Talmid): My heart was pruned and its flower appeared, then favor sprang up within it. My heart made fruits for MarYah. El Shaddai circumcised me by His Ruach haQodesh before He uncovered my inward being, filled me with His love, and pointed me Him-ward. His circumcision became my Salvation; so I dashed into the Way, into His shalom, into the pathway of truth. From beginning to end I received His knowledge.

Thus I was founded upon the Rock of Truth, where He set me down. Speaking waters from MarYah’s fountain touched my lips in great measure. I drank to intoxication from the living water that never dies. My intoxication did not cause ignorance; no, I abandoned vanity, and turned instead toward Shaddai Eli. I was enriched by His favors. I rejected the vanity cast on the earth. I tore it away and cast it from me.

MarYah renewed me with His clothing; He possessed me by His light. From above He gave me everlasting Shabbat; I became like the land that blossoms and rejoices in its fruits. MarYah is like the sun on the face of the ground. My eyes were enlightened; my face received the dew; my breath was refreshed by the pleasant fragrance of MarYah.

He took me to His Gan Eden; the wealth of MarYah’s pleasure there dwells. I beheld blooming and fruit-bearing trees, and their crown was self-grown. Their branches were sprouting; their fruits were glistening. An immortal land was within their roots. A river of gladness was irrigating them, rushing around them in the country of eternal life.

Then I worshipped MarYah for His magnificence. I said, Rab, O Yah, are those who are planted in Your land: who have a place in Your Eden, who grow within the span of Your trees, who have passed from darkness into light. Hinneh! All Your laborers are righteous; they do mitzvot tov. 25 They turn from cruelty to your friendliness. Yea, the heady perfume of Your trees is changing the land. Everyone here has become Your remnant. So baruch are the Your water-workers – Your trustworthy servants are

timeless memorials. Indeed, there is plenty of space in Your Eden. Nothing within is barren; everything is filled with fruit. May Esteem be Yours, O Elohim, in the ageless delight of PaRDeS. 26 Halleluyah.

25 Hinneh! = Imperative, LOOK! Mitzvot tov = good deeds.

12. Words

(Talmid): He has filled me with words of truth so that I may proclaim Him. Like flowing waters, truth flows from my mouth so my lips may declare His fruits. He caused His knowledge to thrive in me; for MarYah’s lips are the true Word and door to His Light. El Shaddai has given Him to His families – the interpreters of His beauty; the narrators of His radiance; the confessors of His reason; the preachers of His mind; the teachers of His works. For the Word’s subtlety is inexpressible. Like His utterance, so also is His swiftness and intensity; limitless is His progress. He never falls, but remains standing; one cannot comprehend His origin or His direction. 27 For as is the expanse of His work, so is His expectation; He is the light and dawning of thought.

By Him the families spoke to one another; those who were silent found their voice. Love and equality come from Him. Families spoke one to another of what was theirs. They were inspired by the Word, and knew Him who made them, because they were in harmony. For the lips of El Shaddai spoke to them; His exposition prospered through Him. The dwelling place of the Word is Echad; His truth is love. Blesséd are those who (by Him) have perceived it all; those who have known MarYah in His truth. Halleluyah.

13. Mirror

(Talmid): Hinneh! MarYah is our mirror. Open your eyes to Him and see! Learn about your face then proclaim praises to His Ruach. Wipe your face of paint, love His devotion, and put it on instead. Then you will be flawless in Him always. Halleluyah.

26 PaRDeS = paradise; Gan Eden; also, a notaricon for a method of Scriptural interpretation.
27 Or, “His descent or His way.”

14. Eyes

(Talmid): As the eyes of a son look upon his father, so are my eyes, O Yah, turned You-ward at all times. My breasts and my delight are with You. Do not turn your mercies away from me, O Yah; do not remove Your kindnesses from me. Stretch out Your right hand to me always, Sovereign. By Your will, be my guide until the very end.

Let me be pleasing to You in accordance to Your fame and Your name. Save me from the Evil One; allow Your gentility and the fruits of your love linger with me, O Yah. Teach me the odes of Your truth so I am able to render fruits in You. Play the harp of Your Ruach haQodesh for me; with every note I can praise You, O Yah. In your multitude of mercies, grant me these requests; yes! Hurry to grant our requests, since Yours are enough to fulfill all our needs. Halleluyah.

15. Sun

(Talmid): As the sun delights the seekers of its daybreak, so is my delight in MarYah. He is my sun! His rays raised me. His light bars all darkness from my face. I received my eyes from Him! I have seen His Yom Tov! He gave me ears, and I heard His truth! I accepted His wise ideas! In Him have I fully delighted.

I renounced the wrong way. Instead, I went Him-ward and from Him, I received a great salvation! He gave generously to me. He formed me in his excelling beauty. By His name, I put on timeless life; and by His favor, I took off corruption. For my future, death is destroyed; by my word, Sheol is defeated. In MarYah’s nation, timelessness arises! Life is proclaimed for His Enumin. 28 Unlimited life is granted to all who trust in Him. Halleluyah.

28 Emunim = the faithful ones.

16. Singing

(Talmid): Just as the plowman’s work is the plow and the helmsman’s work the helm, so also my work is MarYah’s tehillim –His odes. 29 My craft and service are His odes, for His love has nourished my heart, and He poured His fruits on my lips. MarYah is my love; I will sing to Him. His praises strengthen me; I have complete faith in Him.

I will open my mouth and MarYah’s Ruach will speak of His favor and beauty through me: the work of His hands; the labor of His fingers; the host of His mercies; the strength of His Word. For the Miltha-MarYah30 investigates the invisible, illuminating His ideas. The eye spies His works while the ear hears His thoughts.

MarYah Himself made a wide earth and positioned the waters in the sea. He expanded the sky and attached the stars. He fixed the creation; He set it up then rested from His works. Now creatures run in their courses. They do what they were meant to do; they can never quit or fail. The myriads are subject to His Miltha.

The sun is the reservoir of light and the moon is the reservoir of dark. He made the sun for the daylight’s light; but the night convey darkness over the face of the earth. All these31 pieces, one after another, complete the beauty of Elohim.

Outside of MarYah is nothing; He exists before anything came to be. The worlds are by His Miltha, even by His heart’s thought. Praise and honor are due His name. Halleluyah.

17. Freedom

(Yedid): Once Eli crowned me, and My crown was alive. 32 Once I was vindicated by My Master, and My salvation became undying. I am free from self and condemned no longer. His hands spliced My chains. I received the face and air of the New Man. I walked in Him and was saved.

Thoughts of truth led Me. I went after them; I did not stray. All who saw Me were amazed, for I seemed a stranger to them. But El Shaddai in all his perfection was the One who knew me and dignified me. He esteemed me highly in His kindness and raised my comprehension to the full height of truth. From there he gave me the map33 of his own footsteps.

I opened closed doors. I shattered bars of iron. My own shackles heated then melted before me. Nothing appeared closed to me. Yea, I was opening everything. By my own choice, I went to free all the hostages, not wanting to leave anyone chained up behind.

I circulated My knowledge generously, even My rising, on account of My love. 34 I sowed My fruits to hearts, transforming them through Me. They received My blessing and lived. They were gathered into Me and rescued. They became My limbs and I their Head. (Both): Great honor be Yours, our Head, O MarYah. Halleluyah.

29Tehillim = Songs or psalms. 30 Miltha = Ar. Word. 31 Or, “all their pieces.” 32 “Once,” or “Then.” Eli, pronounced ail’EE, meaning “my Elohim.”

18. Heart

(Yedid): My heart was lifted up and enriched in the love of El Shaddai, so that I might praise Him with my name.35 My limbs were strengthened, so they may not fall away from His power. Infirmities fled my body. I stood firm for MarYah (as is His desire), because His reign is firmly established.

O Yah, for the sake of those who are in need, do not dismiss Your Word from me, nor, for the sake of their works, withhold Your perfection from me. Let not light be beaten by darkness, nor let truth be scattered from falsehood. Allow Your right hand to set our salvation for complete victory from every locale. Hold it tight for the sake of all beset by trouble.

You are Eli; Your lips speak neither falsehood or death – You desire only perfection. There is nothing that You do not know, since ‘Nothing’ knows you not! You know no error, since ‘Error’ knows you not! ‘Ignorance’ came like dust or sea scum. The Useless think ‘Ignorance is Strength’; they became this sort and were thereby impoverished.

But those in the know understand by logic and remained unpolluted by their notions. Such were in the mind of El Shaddai, who scorns those walking in ‘Error.’ But the Perfect speak truth by El Shaddai’s breath breathing in them; praise and great honor to His name! Halleluyah.

33 Or, “pathway.” 34 Rising = Resurrection. 35 The Nazorean’s name, Yahshua, surrounds the poetic form of YHWH (Yah), the sacred name.

19. Milk

(Talmid): A cup of milk was offered me. I drank it in the sweetness of MarYah’s kindness. The Son is the cup and the Father is He who was milked.

The Ruach haQodesh is She who milked. Why? Because His breasts were full, and it was wrong that His milk should be wasted. The Ruach haQodesh opened Her bosom and mixed the milk of the Father’s breasts. She gave the mix to the family without their knowing. Even so, the ones who received milk are in the perfection of the right hand.

The womb of the Virgin received it, and she conceived and gave birth. So the Virgin became a mother of great compassion. She labored and bore the Son – without pain, but not without purpose. She needed no midwife; He caused her to speak life!

Willfully, she birthed, bearing according to the sign, received of El Elyon. She loved with liberation; protected with peace; declared with dignity. Halleluyah.

20. Priest

(Yedid): I am YHWH’s priest; I serve Him as a priest. I offer Him a gift of His own thought. He doesn’t think like those of the world; neither like those of flesh or those who worship the flesh. Virtue and purity of heart and lips are proper gifts for Him.

21 Offer your faultless inward being! Do not allow sympathy to repress your compassion, nor your self to repress your soul. You should not buy a stranger because he is like you, nor try to deceive your neighbor, nor deprive him of his clothing (that he be naked). Put on MarYah’s favor liberally instead.

Come into His Eden and make yourself a wreath from His tree. Put it on your head and be joyful. Recline during His Shabbat; His Shekinah will go before you and you will receive a part of His kindness and favor. You will be anointed in the truth, with the praise of His virtue.

Praise and honor His name! Halleluyah.

21. Arms

(Yedid): I lifted my arms high toward MarYah’s love. I did so because He cast off My chains; yes, through His compassion and salvation, My Helper lifted me! I put off darkness and put on light. I received new parts! In them there was no sickness, affliction, or suffering.

Thinking of MarYah and His timeless fellowship helped Me greatly. I was lifted into the light as I passed before Him. While praising and confessing Him, I was near Him constantly. He caused my heart to overflow; I found My heart in My mouth, springing forth to my lips. MarYah’s excitement and praise increased all the more on my face. Halleluyah.

22. Hand

(Yedid): He who caused My descent from high up and ascent from regions below – He who gathers things between and casts them to Me – He who scattered My enemies and My adversaries – He who gave Me authority over bondage to unchain them – He who overthrew the seven-headed dragon with My hands and set Me at its roots so I might destroy its seed36 – You were there! You did help Me! You were everywhere! Your name surrounded Me!

Your right hand destroyed his poisoned37 venom; yea, Your hand leveled the road before those who believe in You. From tombs Your hand chose them and separated them from the dead. Your hand took the dead bones and covered them with flesh. They did not move, so Your hand rendered them the energy to live. Your way and Your face are imperishable. You destroyed Your world so all things might be resolved and renewed. Your rock is the foundation of all things. On it You built Your nation, which became the habitation of all Qadoshim. Halleluyah.

36 Revelation 12:3.

23. Finger

(Talmid): Yes, joy is for the Qadoshim. Who would be able to put on such joy but these alone? Favor is for the Bacharim. Who would be able to receive such favor but those who trusted from the first? Love is for the Qadoshim. Who would be able to put on such love but those who had it from the beginning?

Walk in MarYah’s knowledge, and you will receive MarYah’s generous favor for both His praise and the perfection of His knowledge. His thought was like a letter descending by his wish from high above. It was sent out forcefully – like an arrow from a bow. Many hands hurried to catch the message – to take it and read it – but it escaped their fingers.

They were afraid of it and its seal since they were not permitted to loosen its seal. The seal’s power was greater than all of them. Yet those who saw the letter drop went after it to discover its landing place, who would read it, and who would hear it. But a wheel took it and rolled over it. A sign of the reign and of destiny was upon it. Whatever disturbed the wheel, it mowed down. It held back multitudes of shatanim.38 It bridged rivers. It rolled over woodlands – uprooting – creating open roadways. When the wheel ran over something’s root, the rest of it, even up to its top, and whatever else it came upon, was uprooted.

The letter contained commandments; all political regions were gathered together for it. At the beginning of the letter, the Head was revealed – haBen-Emet – Av El Shaddai.39 He inherited everything and he received it all! So the devious plotting of many came to an end. Intractable seducers fled away; all tormenters were stomped down to extinction.

The letter became a great volume, written entirely by the Finger of Elohim. The Father signed His Name to the end that the Name of the Son of the Ruach haQodesh is to reign for all time. Halleluyah.

37 Or, “evil.” 38 Or, “adversaries,” “satans.”

24. Dove

(Talmid): The dove fluttered over our Sovereign Messiah’s head, as He was Her head.40 She sang above Him, and Her voice was heard. Those who lived around there were scared; even the strangers were troubled. The bird began to fly, and every creeping thing died in its lair. 41 The chasms were opened and closed; one and all were seeking MarYah as if they were about to give birth. Yet He was not given to them to sustain them, because He did not belong to them.

Those of the chasms were all drowned in MarYah’s seal; they perished on account of the puerile notions they had held as truth from the start. They were all in labor from the beginning; the end of their travail was life. All those found wanting perished, because they could not express the appropriate word to remain.

MarYah destroyed the devices of those who no truth within them. They lacked wisdom so they puffed themselves up in their mind. Thus they were rejected – the truth was not in them. But MarYah revealed His way; He spread his favor widely. And those who understood it came to know His devotion42 as well. Halleluyah.

39 Ben Emet … = “the Son of Truth (whose) Father (is the) Almighty Provider.”
40 Matthew 3:16, Mark 1:10, Luke 3:22, John 1:32. We observe the dove’s literary evolution, beginning as a metaphor in Matthew to a avian ‘odist’ here.
41 Or, “hole.” 42 Or, “his sanctity,” “devotion,” or “oneness.”

25. Rescue

(Yedid): When I was rescued43 from my chains, I fled to You, O Eli; for You are Salvation’s right hand and my Advocate.44 You held back those who rose against me: they are no longer seen. Your face was with me; it saved me by Your favor.

I was despised and rejected in the eyes of many. In their eyes, I was as heavy as lead. But from You I received my strength and help. You set a lamp for me – one on my right then another on my left – so nothing but light might surround me. I was covered with Your Ruach’s cover; so I removed my clothing of skin.

Because Your right hand held me up, sickness passed away from me. I became koach in Your ‘emet and qodesh in Your tzedekah. 45 All my enemies were afraid of me when, by the name of YHWH, I became MarYah’s possession. In his kindness, I was acquitted. His Shabbat is timeless. Halleluyah.

26. Odes

(Talmid): I poured out praise to MarYah, for I am His. I will recite His devoted ode; my heart is with Him. My hand holds His harp; His odes of Shabbat cannot be silenced. I will call to Him with all my heart; I will praise and raise Him with all my parts. His praise is from East to West; from South to North rings His todah rabbah. 46 His perfection exists from the apex of each summit and outward to their extremities.

Who is able to write the odes of MarYah; who can recite them? Who can train for such a life so he may be saved? Or who is able to press in upon El Shaddai, so as to match the moving of His lips? 47

Who can interpret the wonders of MarYah? Such a one will perish, yet the interpretation will remain. That alone is enough to identify and be satisfied – as the odists perform48 in serenity – even as the spring gushes crescendo in the river. Such water flows to relieve all who seek it out. Halleluyah.

43 “Rescue,” “salvation,” “saved,” and “help” all define the name / word Yahushua.
44 Or, “You are the right hand of salvation, and my Helper / Paraclete.”
45 Koach = strong; ‘emet = truth; qodesh = set-apart; tzedekah = Torah-doing.
46 Todah rabbah = high thanksgiving.
47 Impressive is the idea of inhabiting the lips (lip-synching) as the ode is chanted.

27. Tree

(Talmid and Yedid): I extended my hands, paying homage to my Sovereign, for His sign is my outstretched arms,49 and my expanse is the upright tree. Halleluyah.

28. Wings

(Yedid): As the doves’ wings protect their nestlings and the nestlings’ mouths are near the doves’ mouths, so also are the wings of the Ruach protecting my heart. Yea, my heart revives itself continually! It leaps for joy within me as a babe leaps in her mother’s womb.

I trusted, and I was at rest; for trustworthy is He in whom I trusted. He has greatly baruch me, and my mind50 is with Him. The dagger will not divide me from Him, neither will the sword: I am well prepared before destruction arrives! I am positioned on His undying side. Life without death embraced me and kissed me. That kind of life is from the Ruach, who dwells within me. It cannot die since she is Life herself!

Those who saw me were dismayed; and I was persecuted accordingly. (I had become a scandal among them, because in me was no jealousy.) They thought I was swallowed up. I seemed to them as one of the lost. The injustice became my salvation. Yes, because I always did well for each of them, I was despised. They surrounded me like mad dogs; stupid dogs that attack their masters. Their thinking is depraved; their minds, perverted.

My right arm was toting water while, by my sweetness, I endured their bitterness. 51 I did not perish, for I was neither their kin nor was my birth like theirs. They sought my death, but found that task impossible; for I was older than their memory.

They cast the dice against me for nothing. Those set against me tried vainly to obliterate the memory of the One who was before them. But El Shaddai’s way of remembrance cannot be captured. His mind52 is above and beyond all wisdom. Halleluyah.

48 That is, the standing up of.
49 Or, “hands.”
50 Or, “head,” one’s center of control.

29. Hope

(Talmid): MarYah is my hope; I will not be ashamed of Him. By His praise He made me. By His favor He provisioned me. By His mercy He honored me. By His great honor He lifted me. He made me to rise from Sheol’s lowest pit. He pulled me out of the mouth of Death. I humbled my enemies when, by His favor, He vindicated me fully.

I believed in MarYah’s Anointed One, and thought, “He too is MarYah!” So He revealed His sign to me. He led me by His light. He gave me His power-rod so that I might check the people’s devices and humiliate the powerful. By His Word I make war; I seize the victory by His power. Yea, by His Word MarYah deposed my enemy like dust in the wind. I gave praise to El Shaddai! He made His servant great, even the son of His maidservant. Halleluyah.

30. Fountain

(Talmid): Fill yourselves with water from MarYah’s living fountain! It is open to you! Come all you thirsty and take a drink! Rest beside MarYah’s sparkling spring; it is so very pleasant there. It refreshes the nephesh every time. Its water is much sweeter than the others; even a honeycomb cannot compare.

Why so sweet? It flows from the MarYah’s lips; and from His heart it is named. It came to them boundlessly, but invisibly; yet until it was set in their very midst, they did not recognize it. Blessed are the ones who have drunk from it, and been refreshed by it. Halleluyah.

51 Arm, or hand. Maror .. matuki = “I endured their bitterness by my sweetness.”
52 Or, “heart.”

Response:

30a. Drink, Drink, drink deeply – the living fountain of your friend is yours. It is yours. Come, you thirsty and rest beside the fountain of your friend. It is yours.

How beautiful and pure, how quenching to the thirst!

Drink deeply from the fountain of Messiah! Drink, drink deeply – the water of the fountain is so sweet. Honey sweet.

Come, you thirsty; the combs of bees have nothing to compare, and it’s yours. It flows down from the lips of the Almighty One. Its name is from the heart of your Messiah.

Come, you thirsty to rest beside the fountain of your friend. It is yours.

Drink, drink deeply, for those who drink are blessed and they rest; O, they rest. Their thirst is satisfied in his e’er-bubbling spring. They rest deep in the bosom of Messiah!

31. Chasms

(Talmid): Chasms vanished before MarYah’s presence; darkness dissipated. Error erred and expired on His account. No inroad was given Contempt; he was drowned in MarYah’s truth. My Master opened His mouth, speaking graciously and with joy, rehearsing a new ode to His name. He lifted his voice, offering to El Shaddai all those who had become sons through Him.53 His  countenance was vindicated as though by a gift of His Av ha Qodesh.

(Yedid): Come forth, you who have been afflicted, and receive joy! Own your souls by His favor; take timeless life to yourselves! They condemned me when I stood up; I had not previously been condemned. They split up my stuff, though nothing was owed them. I survived – I held my peace and was silent, so they might not further agitate me.

I stood like solid rock constantly pounded by high columns of waves. I endured it all. By humility, I held up under their bitterness. I wanted to teach my tribe and convert it lest I nullify my pledge to our ancestors. My promise? To be there for the salvation of all their descendents. Halleluyah.

53 Through Him; that is, through My Master

32. Power

(Talmid): About the Baruchim – joy springs from their hearts as light from the One who lives within: He is the Miltha h’emet, the self-originated Echad, edified by the power reserve of the El Elyon. 54 This is why He is unshakable, and for all time. Halleluyah.

33. Virgin

(Talmid): Yet again Favor rapidly expelled the Corruptor, descending over him, renouncing him. For the Corruptor obliterated everything that was in front of him; all his works were corrupt.

He stood on a summit’s highest peak and cried out to all the ends of the earth. He drew to himself all who would obey him; for he did not seem to be the Evil One to them. All the while, the Perfect Virgin was standing by, proclaiming and beckoning:

(Yedid): O you Bnei-Adam, Shuv! You their daughters, Nu Kvar!55 Abandon the Corruptor’s ways! Come to me! I will come among you to bring you out from destruction to teach you ways of truth. Do not become corrupt nor perish! Obey me and be saved, for I declare Elohim’s favor to you! By me you will be rescued and blessed. Am I not your judge?

Those who have clothed themselves with me will not be falsely accused; no! The freshness of the new world is theirs! My Bacharim are walking with me; yet I will make my paths known to any who will seek me. I promise them my Name. Halleluyah.

54 Baruchim = the blessed ones;
Miltha h’emet = the Word of Truth; Echad = the One;
reserved = set-apart, ‘holy’;
El Elyon = the Most High Power.

34. Image

(Talmid): There is no rough road for the simple-hearted; no fence for righteous thoughts; no whirlwind in the deep recesses of an enlightened idea; no inner division in the one surrounded by pleasant country on all sides. The image of the above is the reality of the below. All things come from above. From below there is nothing – except what is perceived by those of no understanding. Great favor has been revealed to you for salvation. Believe, live, be saved! Halleluyah.

35. Showers

(Yedid): MarYah’s gentle showers shaded me in serenity; they made the shalom-cloud rise above my head, guarding me forever. It became Yeshuati. 56

Everyone else was upset and afraid; from them came the smoke of judgment. But I was calm in the midst of MarYah’s host; he was more than my shade; yea! far more than foundation! For I was carried like a child by its mother. He gave me milk: the dew of MarYah. I was nourished by His favor. I rested in His perfection. I spread out my arms in my ascent, directing myself towards El Shaddai, and I was transforming57 even as I sped toward Him. Halleluyah.

55 Bnei-Adam = sons of adam;
shuv = turn around,
repent! Nu Kvar = come forth!
56 Yeshuati = my salvation; my Yahshua.
57 Or, “redeeming.”

36. Ruach

(Yedid): I rested on MarYah’s Ruach, and She lifted me up into the sky. She made me stand on my feet in MarYah’s high place, before His perfection and His kavod, where I continually venerated Him by composing His Odes.

The Ruach brought me before MarYah’s face; and because I was the Ben Adam, named for the Light, the Ben Elohim; the most celebrated among the kavodim, the greatest among the rabbim. 58 For She made me in proportion to El Shaddai’s importance; then in proportion to His newness, He renewed me. He anointed me with His perfection; I came to be among those who are near Him. My mouth was opened like a dew-cloud; my heart surged with a rush of righteousness. I drew nearer in shalom; I was established in the wind of destiny. Halleluyah.

37. Shabbat

(Talmid): I stretched out my hands to MarYah; I raised my voice to El Shaddai. I spoke out with the lips of my heart. When my voice reached Him, He listened. Then His Word came to me, to grant me my labor’s fruits. By His favor, MarYah gave me shalom. Halleluyah.

Response:

37a. Stretch I stretch out my hands, to you! My being is parched for you!

Teach me the way to go; preach me the mind to know;

Fetch me the seeds to sow into this arid land! Hasten to speak to me; chasten and set me free:

In you, O Yah, I put my trust – to you I lift up my soul.

Deliver me! O set me free! May your clean Ruach lead me to higher ground!

Recover me! O let me be, Like your dear Son,

I stretch my hands. To heaven’s silent sounds, I stretch my hands.

58 Kavodim = the famous ones;
rabbim = the great ones.

38. Truth

(Talmid or Yedid): I rode up into the light of Truth as though in a chariot. 59 Truth led me upward, drawing me nearer. He made me pass over chasms and gulfs, saving me from cliffs and valleys. He became a sanctuary of salvation to me; He set me down on the plateau of timeless life.60

He went with me, making me rest, yet not allowing me to err; for He was and is the Truth. I was not in danger, because I was walking with Him consistently. No, I did not make a single wrong move, because I obeyed Him. Error fled away from Him, never meeting Him at all.

Truth preceded me on the upright way; whatever I did not understand He showed me, like all the poisons of error and pains of death (which some think sweet). I saw the Corruptor corrupting: yea, the depraved bride all festooned61 in the company of the degenerate groom who corrupts her.

I asked Truth, Who are they? He told me: They are the Deceiver and the Error. They imitate the Beloved and His Bride, causing the world to err in its imitation, thus corrupting it all. They invite many to their reception, letting all drink the drugged punch until they regurgitate62 their wisdom and knowledge. Thus they have been prepared for stupidity. Soon their hosts abandon them; so they stumble around, insane and corrupt. They have lost their minds; they no longer search for understanding.

I have been warned not to fall into the hands of the Deceivers. I rejoiced because the Truth stayed with me. I was well-grounded, and I lived to be redeemed. My foundations were laid by the plan of MarYah’s own hand; He planted me.

He set in the root; He watered it and endowed it and blessed it, and now its fruits are timeless. The roots broke through and reached their depth. The branch sprang up and spread out, becoming high and full. MarYah alone was praised in His planting and gardening; in His caring and in the blessing of His lips; in the beautiful sowing of His right hand; in the success of His agriculture; in His mind’s cherished thoughts. Halleluyah.

59Chariot = merkavah (RKB).

39. Rivers

(Talmid): The power of MarYah is the rage of rivers; He sends those who despise Him head over heels; tangling up their paths, tearing out their roots; snatching away their bodies; wrecking their lives.

His rivers are faster than lightning; yea, even faster than that. But those who walk over His rivers in trust will not be afraid. Those who walk upon them perfectly will not even be stressed. Why not? MarYah’s sign is upon them; that sign is the Way for those who walk in the name of YHWH.

So put on the name of El Elyon and get to know Him; then you will walk without danger since rivers will obey you. MarYah, by His Word, has bridged them, crossing them on foot. His steps stand firm upon the waters without ruin; indeed, they are like a beam of wood built upon a foundation of truth.

The waves rose high on this side and that: but the feet of our Mar-MarYah stand firm.63 They are neither washed away nor ruined. The Way has been paved64 for those who step over after Him, for those who remain true to the path of His faith; also for all those who love His name. Halleluyah.

40. Honey

(Talmid): As honey drips from the bees’ comb and milk flows from the woman who loves her children, so also all my hope is conveyed through You, Eli. As a fountain gushes forth its water, so my heart gushes forth with admiration for MarYah, and my lips carry forth praise to Him. His anthems sweeten my tongue; His odes anoint all my members.

My face rejoices in His jubilation; my ruach is lifted high in His love; my nephesh shines in Him. If the fearful will trust Him, redemption through Him is assured. His wealth is timeless life; those who receive it cannot perish. Halleluyah.

63 Mar MarYah is an expression exactly like Yah YHWH in Isaiah 12:2 “Behold El is my Salvation – I shall trust and not live in fear – for my strength and power is Yah YHWH, becoming for me the yahushua (salvation).”
64 Or, “chosen.”

41. Babes

(Talmid): (This new ode is dedicated to MarYah by the ones who love Him.)

Let all MarYah’s babes praise Him! May we all receive the truth of faith in Him! He knows all His children, so let us sing about His love! By MarYah’s favor, we live in Him. We receive life by His Anointed One. A great day has shined upon us; His Shekinah is awesome.65 So in yahad, let us all agree in the name of YHWH, and honor Him in His goodness.66

May our faces shine by His light! May our hearts think by His love! Night and day, may we all thrill and rejoice in Master YHWH! All those who see me will be stunned, for I am of a different race. The Father of Truth remembered me; the One who possessed me from the start. Indeed, His riches and His heart’s idea conceived me.

His Word is with us in all our pathways; the Savior gives us life and never discards us. The Man who humbled Himself became famous by His righteousness. Yea, the Ben El Shaddai appeared in the perfection of His Father. Light dawned from the Miltha, 67 from the beforetime within Him. In truth, the Anointed One is Echad.

Before the world’s foundation, it was known already that He would give timeless life through the truth of His name. Halleluyah.

65 Shekinah (f.) = the radiance of Yahweh’s living space, often translated ‘glory.’
66 Yachad or Yahad = in one accord, together.
67 Miltha = Aramaic, Word, Logos. 34

Response:

41a. Alien

I am the alien among you; I am from somewhere you can’t see: Far from here. I pass through light; I pass through matter; For the Father engender’d me to pass!

Pass on through the mountains and the vales of his heart; He possess’d me from the start. The Father of all truth remember’d me, And that’s why all the world – yes, that’s why all the world – That’s why all the world is astonished, is astonished! Aren’t we astonished in the Light of the Son?

I may pass you back to life from death and I will. I will not forget your souls! For light and life found daybreak in my Word – and I save souls in truth – and save them in my name. That’s why all the world is astonished, is astonished! Aren’t we together in the life of the ONE?

The humble are exalted, aren’t they? One in Messiah; we’re uplifted! One in the body of Elohim! And one is our love for Him!

42. Door

(Talmid): I stretch out my hands, drawing near to Mari; for my stretched-out hands is His sign.68 My reach is the standing tree, lifted high along the road of the Righteous One. I was of no use to those who did not hold me up; I will rather be with those who love me.

(Yedid): Now all my persecutors are dead: all those who hunted me, all who vetoed me, all because I was alive. Now I have risen and am with them. I will speak with their mouths, for they have loathed the ones who persecuted them.

So I lifted the burden of my love over them. Like the arm of the bridegroom around the bride, my yoke surrounds those who know me. Just as the bed is spread inside the chamber of the bride and groom, my love spreads over all those who believe me.

Although I was considered to be discarded, I was not. Although they thought I had perished, I did not. Indeed, Sheol saw me and was shattered, and Death debarred me and many with me. I have been vinegar and gall to Abaddon, 69 and I descended down as deep as it goes. He unlocked my head and feet; he could not endure my face.

I built a living congregation from his dead. I spoke with them all by living lips so my word might not be without value. Those who died ran towards me. They cried out, saying, Ben Elohim, take pity on us! Deal with us from Your kindness! Fetch us from the bonds of gloom. Open the door so we may come out to You (for we reckon our death does not touch You). May we also be rescued along with You! You are our Savior!

I heard their voices. I placed their assurance in my heart. I set My name upon their foreheads – for now they are free and they are mine70 Halleluyah.

68 Mari = my Sovereign or My Master.
69 The term Abaddon is the personification of Death and also the place of the dead. Abaddon means something like ‘nothingness’ or ‘total destruction.’ 70 The name Y’shua can mean, “Yahweh’s Rescued.”
